Seattle Benefits Consulting (SBC) is your local, Puget Sound, insurance and employee benefit experts! We make benefits.better!. At Seattle Benefits Consulting, we work with employers and their employees. We have participated in thousands of open enrollments in multiple states, which has given our agency a unique insight on behaviors, trends and products that can maximize employee engagement and job satisfaction.

At Seattle Benefits Consulting we work with small, mid-size, and large employers throughout Washington. We are an active broker for the Association of Washington Business. The core focus of our agency is employee benefits and helping employers implement a benefit strategy that accomplishes their unique business objectives.
Do you have between 2-500 employees? We can find the most competitive prices & plans through the many Carriers & Association Health Plans. Group vision costs just a few dollars per month & is available to employer groups 2+, both as a group or voluntary benefit. We can help with group life insurance including guarantee issue policies, key man insurance, voluntary life & individual policies.
Benefits may be our core focus, but it's not all we do! Seattle Benefits Consulting is equipped and prepared to help your business with several other HR-related. Education of benefits during open enrollment can be a tricky undertaking. Effectively explaining the benefits to each employee can be very taxing on your resources as well as those of your HR department.
There are two options for applying for an Individual & Family plan in the state of Washington: directly with the Carrier or through the state Exchange, Washington Health Plan Finder. Generally, if you are eligible for a subsidy/tax credit, you are likely better off purchasing through the Exchange. If you're not eligible for a subsidy, you may be better off purchasing outside the Exchange, directly from a Carrier.
