I have been a Benefits Broker for over 30 years, in which time I have worked with numerous General Agencies and only one even comes close to the customer service I receive from Healthpass. Healthpass has the products that fit many different needs for my clients, and I always feel comfortable putting them front and center.
Healthpass has a staff that never leaves you in the dark and they are always willing to go the extra mile. If you want to keep your clients you must give them GREAT customer service and that is what Healthpass does for the Brokers they work with.

AMAZING! Our Agency has been working with HealthPass for years.
HealthPass has so many options for our small business clients to choose from (Medical / Dental / Vision / ID Theft / Life AD&D / etc). Since there are so many options and multiple carriers for each it makes it flexible for employees to find the right plan that works for them. That is the beauty of this company. The staff is also extremely helpful. Plus they handle COBRA to help with employees who have recently terminated from the business. Which makes the groups have one less thing to worry about. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Last year I had a marketing internship at HealthPass. One thing that really amazed me while working here was the great service that they provide to their customers. I worked at HealthPass for 5 years as an Account Executive. It was my first position out of college and I learned so much while working there. HealthPass helped me refine my skills as a sales/customer success professional and I'm proud to say that I've achieved my career goals because of my time there.
