About a year ago I inquired for a quote, took me a couple of hrs to compare coverages and make up my mind called to switch with them and the agent went home early that day and took a week for her to call me back. I took that like a bad signal and went somewhere else.

I don’t normally do reviews but my State Farm team went way above and beyond for me so it’s the least I can do! Valeria has been beyond amazing at not only helping me get my insurance set up and transferred from previous insurance company, but I had some unexpected drama come up and she was so helpful in a time I was really embarrassed by what was going on. She was professional when others wouldn’t have been and made me feel comfortable and not the slightest bit ashamed for what I was dealing with and having to have her deal with! Nancy at Jose Iniguez was amazing! I had another quote from a different State Farm agency on both my cars and it was outrageous! Thankfully I got in touch with Nancy and she was so sweet and patient and gave me the best deal on insurance for both my cars! I was looking for a quote for State Farm and initially reached out to a different owned agency, and was not happy with the results. I then contacted this agency and spoke with Valeria Lavochina. She was very helpful to explain everything and made the process smooth and quick, especially since my current insurance was ending in 2 days. I was able to get a much more affordable contract without sacrificing the type of coverage I wanted. Highly recommend this company!
