The State Farm Representative/ Agent (Camie) was very professional and personable- all at the same time!!! We were able to have a conversation, not that impersonal robotic tone. I was skeptical initially and after the first minute or so of Camie calmly and clearly explaining expectations of the call, I let down my “shield” and listened intently. I was very comfortable answering a few questions that my online information did not provide for her.
Once she told me the amount- I asked her to repeat it, because I was in shock; the quote for my auto policy was/ is a SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS!!!
