Coastwide maintains current licenses, certifications & insurances relating to abatement, demolition and waste hauling. CET is certified and registered with all required government agencies for the work we do. All CET estimators, project managers and technicians are AHERA trained (for asbestos work) and registered with the DHS and EPA (for lead work).

All employees receive annual refresher courses to remain certified, and to be current on all new and changed regulations, as well as new work practices. Those working in the field receive annual medical examinations and respirator fit tests, and blood pathogen testing every 90 days. All field technicians receive First Aid and CPR training.
Services
We offer complete testing, remediation, restoration, and construction services. Mold contamination, a common occurrence in water-damaged buildings, is a proven serious health risk; immediate removal is key. If the home or building has had current or past water damage, particularly to building materials, a microbial investigation is warranted.
Deconstruction is selective demolition with extra care to minimize waste by salvaging and recycling building materials such as windows, doors, lighting fixtures, hardware, flooring, plumbing fixtures and fittings. Deconstruction relies on manual removal of building components. The trick is to remove components as rapidly as possible to hold costs down, while not damaging the components being removed.

Supervisors treat their workers like absolute trash and if the workers talk back, they’ll threaten them with no work for months! They’re a unionized company which is nice, but the workers are abusive people. Really wish they changed their behavior.
