Services
We offer complete testing, remediation, restoration, and construction services. Mold contamination, a common occurrence in water-damaged buildings, is a proven serious health risk; immediate removal is key. If the home or building has had current or past water damage, particularly to building materials, a microbial investigation is warranted.
Deconstruction is selective demolition with extra care to minimize waste by salvaging and recycling building materials such as windows, doors, lighting fixtures, hardware, flooring, plumbing fixtures and fittings. Deconstruction relies on manual removal of building components. The trick is to remove components as rapidly as possible to hold costs down, while not damaging the components being removed.
