I can't say enough about this animal clinic. Went there for the first time with a kitten that I found which was very ill and they were amazing. I will be coming here from now on with all my pets.

Wow... Blown away! Just returned from our first visit to WAC with my four dogs. INCREDIBLE STAFF. Everyone was attentive, caring and very efficient. Excellent communication. Dr. John was a breath of fresh air. He actually took the time to personally review the health for each of my dogs with me. My previous vet typically had a vet tech review the visit with me. Additionally, Dr. John offered suggestions that may ultimately bring the cost of care and feeding down as opposed to looking for ways to pad the bill with add on sales as some other vets tend to do. My family, extended family and all 7 pets have relied on Dr. John for 3 decades now. His professional and compassionate care for our all of our animals through the years has been second to none! We have brought our dog, Mia to Williowbrook Animal Clinic since the day we adopted her 10 years ago. Dr. John and his staff have always provided exceptional care. Unfortunately last month we had to say goodbye to Mia after a short, unexpected illness. Throughout the last few days everyone there was so helpful, answering every question and addressing every concern that we had and Dr. John personally speaking with us on the phone on a daily basis. I hope that I am not speaking too soon as I have only had one visit so far, but after reading MANY reviews, I have decided to try seeing Dr. John. I've been going to Dr. John for about 15 years. He's the best vet I've come across. I've went to others before and haven't met anyone that takes the time or has the level of care and concern that Dr. John and his staff do. I called the office at 5:10pm asking if the doctor could see my 2 cats as I was concerned that they were not feeling well. The office staff put me on hold less than 2 minutes and got back on the line with great news to bring them right in. From the time getting there and back home within an hour. Diagnosed, meds and one happy kitty mommy all were on there way to getting better. I would highly recommend this office.

I've taken my dog to plenty of vets before but have finally found Dr. John and his staff and have no complaints. Everyone there is so friendly and they really go above and beyond, returning your calls as soon as they can (even when they're closed for snow storms.) Dr. John has such a love for every animal he sees and it truly does show, staff included. Love those guys!

Had teeth cleaning for my dog last week and before that i was very anxious because i know my dog will be sedated. But Dr. John reassured us he and his staff will take good care of him which they really delivered. Now my dog eats better, has VERY white and CLEAN set of teeth and no more fish breath! lol thank you very much Dr. John and to all the staff. They were even very kind enough to call us too and check on how my dog is doing which i feel doesnt happen very much these days when it comes to healthcare so i appreciated that a lot! I don't even know where to begin with how wonderful Dr.John and his staff are.

I have been going to this office for about 3 years and I have never come across a staff so dedicated to animals.

To begin, it is a meticulously clean office. You would never know animals were in there as there is no hair, dirt, or odors in the waiting room or exam rooms.

The staff is always courteous and friendly, and they go out of their way to make you feel like family. I also noticed that they never schedule too many pets at once which leads to smooth transitions of patients and not a million dogs barking

Thank you to Dr. J and the whole staff for giving my little Luca a fighting chance and for bringing Rocco back to his old self. I have been to other vets that only care about the money. Dr. J really does care about the well being of our furry family members. Thanks again!!!!

This place is great! My dog and I moved here last year from the west coast. We were recommended to Dr. John by a family member and him as well as his staff have been nothing but helpful. My dog will be 13 years old in a couple months, he's a German shepherd/ rot mix and he started having trouble with his back legs. Dr john was not only very caring but he gave me several options for my dog and he let me decide what was best for my dog and my budget. Him and his staff are very knowledgable, patient, flexible and they are always willing to answer any questions. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere
