Becoming a veterinarian was a young girls dream that came to be after many hard years of work for Dr. Confessore. With a passion for science (her Dad was a physics teacher) and a love for animals (her Mom is an avid animal fan) the only career goal for her was veterinary medicine.
After receiving her undergraduate degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BS in biology, she went on to study at North Carolina State University - College of Veterinary Medicine.Fostering meaningful relationships with her clients is paramount to Dr. Confessore as this is the gateway to provide the best care for her patients.

Let me start by saying when it comes to anything for our dog, I have incredibly high standards and am extremely critical. Wishing Well not only meets my high standards but exceeds them by far!! This is absolutely the best vet we have ever had, hands down. Dr. Confessore is fantastic and the vet techs are all absolutely wonderful. After years of going to vets that I feel are more concerned with making money than our pup's health, Wishing Well is the absolute opposite. It is obvious that they all LOVE animals, are all genuinely happy to be there, and are truly only concerned with keeping pets

I had such an amazing experience today at Wishing Well! Everyone one I spoke to was so compassionate and understanding. I found a stray cat that I thought might be sick or hurt. I never had a cat before only dogs. So I didn’t understand a lot of things. Judy especially explained everything to me in laymen’s terms so I left there knowing exactly what was was happening and how to take care of her afterwards. Every other get I called the second they heard “stray cat” they basically hung up the phone on me. They even gave me a cat carrier that was donated to them since all I had at the time

Wishing Well was able to see our senior dog, George, on very short notice while we were in the area visiting family. While we weren’t able to resolve the issue entirely, they did provide us with some antibiotics to hold us over until we could see his regular vet once we got home. I appreciate their flexibility and the care and concern they had for my pup.

I am so very happy with Wishing Well. I am a new client and was recommended to Wishing Well by a friend. Before Wishing Well I was going to a vet that I didn't feel too comfortable with didn't know any better. And then I called Wishing Well and from the first phone call I was so impressed and instantly knew I found the right place. Dr. C and her staff truly care about each animal. My first time going here today with my rescue buddy Koda. He’s a confident 2 year old, but still gets a little nervous when going to places like the vet. He had to go in for his annual “tune up.” The staff and vets were very nice and gentle and easy to work with. My boy came out after 2 vaccinations with a smile on his face with the vet. Very good place I highly recommend.

We’ve been going to Wishing Well for a few months now for our dog, Rusty, and we couldn’t be happier. They always find a way to squish us in and we’re consistently happy with the Doctor and the staff. We’ve been to quite a few vet offices over the years with our various pets and this is one that we are truly happy at. Highly recommend!!

She is the most compassionate person and genuinely cares for your precious pets, even when she's gone through some of her own touch times , she's still there for you and your pets. Dr. Confessore is by far the most amazing vet I have ever met . She forms a special bond with each animal and understands their different needs. My dog now can be very picky with who she lets handle her. And Dr Confessore is amazing with understanding her and working through it. I recommend her 100% to anyone looking for a vet.
