Two stars only as the gentleman that works in the retail location is friendly.
I brought a somewhat functioning system in for repairs and was returned a system that no longer operates at all. I understand that I brought them a bit of challenge but I do wish they spent more time researching the problem before actually working on it. They also refused to buy the parts that they believed would fix the problem requiring me to purchase them online and deliver to the store unless I wanted to pay a $25 fee for them to purchase it.
I was also dissppointed in the customer service. They never contacted

I have driven by this place for a couple years taking my dogs to the near by groomers/kennel and always wanted to stop by to check out the advertised good deals on used monitors and computers. Well, I got my chance after I found a great deal on an interactive Expresso exercise bike that was not working properly. I soon discovered the bike was controlled by a PC running Windows XP Home Edition and the motherboard went bad.
