Anytime you go to a mechanic it’s usually iffy on if you can trust them. I say with 100% confidence you can trust Mikar. Very good mechanics. They will always call if there is something extra. These people are phenomenal!! Our 2016 Honda Pilot would not start this AM, with what turned out to be a 4 year old dead battery. After 2 hours on a charger I was able to start it, called Karen at MIKAR, who said bring right over. Mike determined battery was the problem, put a new one in, changed oil, and rotated tires while there, and had me back on the road shortly. My total bill was MUCH less than expected. Mike, Karen and staff are wonderful, caring people. Highly recommend and will continue to have my all of my service work performed there.

Great service!! They were very good from the first time I called to the last day my car was there. Communication was good as well. I just moved to the French Valley area so I was looking for a new reliable mechanic and I really did hit the jackpot pot with them. Price wise they are very reasonable and don't try to sell you parts you don't need. They ended up doing more things to my car and it was less then my original quote.

My 2003 Ford F-150 had an exhaust leak that needed to be repaired badly and I didn't know who to call. Through a business transaction I was referred to Mikar Inc. After contacting them, I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly they were. From the first conversation with them, I new I could totally trust them. Then it was amazing when they gave me the estimate. It was half the price of what everyone else quoted me. Once my truck was fixed I new it was fixed right. New to the community and came across this hidden gem! Owner met me as I parked and was so friendly and kind explaining exactly what we had spoken about on the phone. I was even given the the option of after hours drop-off! How convenient! Did I mention as I’m walking up one customer behind me has been taking his vehicles here for over 20 years??? Good sign! Then as I leave I hear Mike kindly letting his next customer know they replaced their windshield wipers since the ones currently on the vehicle looked aged. Amazing! I feel 100% comfortable that I picked the right spot! Nothing feels better

I was nervous about trying a new place to fix my car! I had bad experiences in the past. Mike and Karen were very nice and explained everything before charging me. I’m definitely going back to them and I trust them to be honest with me, which is hard to come by in this industry.

Mike and the staff at Mikar are fantastic. I always struggle to find a mechanic I feel I can trust but after a friend's recommendation and just one visit, I felt very comfortable. I just had my oil changed and I had my car back in just a few hours, it was less expensive than most of the 'quick' oil change places around town and the customer service was great. If you're looking for a good mechanic shop, do yourself a favor and head over to Mikar.

MIKAR saved me from myself! In reality I bit off more than I could chew when attempting to repair a rear main seal leak on my vehicle; a friend recommended I contact MIKAR to help, and help they did. Everyone at MIKAR was extremely polite and attentive, and most importantly the vehicle is back in great running shape; the cost was 1/2 of what the local dealers wanted for the same job.

I will definitely be taking all future vehicle repair or maintenance work (that I can't or shouldn't do) to MIKAR without hesitation.

We heard about Mike through multiple different friends so we decided to try out Mikar. We are so so so glad we did because it has been the best car service we've had! Mike is great, so sweet and trustworthy. He won't sell you on something you won't need. Dealerships quoted me $800 for car maintenance and Mike gave us an honest estimate. As far as my husband Marty and I are concerned there is no other auto mechanic that comes close to having Mike's knowledge, trustworthiness and honesty! We have always taken our older Lexus and Dodge truck there.
We bought a new Subaru Outback in 2017 from the local dealer in Temecula. We had free service up to 30,000 miles so of course we took it there. The most Honest auto mechanic in Temecula! He has worked on our Honda Pilot, Toyota Corolla and Chevrolet Silverado multiple times now. He takes his time and listens to everything you ask him to fix on your vehicle. He doesn't over charge. He has extremely fair pricing for the work / hours he puts in.

Brought in a 2003 Lexus RX-330 that I thought was having alternator issues. Shop assessed it was just a low battery. I opted to just have them replace it which was done quickly.

I'm very glad to have found a mechanic literally down the street from my house that can trust to make an honest call. Prices we're reasonable, communications [call, texts] with them were great!

This shop is horrible. I should have known not to go here when I realized the shop is actually just a house. The mechanic is not at all knowledgable and has no idea what he is doing. The prices are more than any other comparable auto shop and the secretary, Karen is extremely rude and aggressive. Worst experience ever and after hundreds of dollars spent I still had to take my car to a real mechanic to get fixed. Do not bring your car here.

I just found these guys last week and I'm so glad I did! I can't remember ever having such a great experience with a auto repair shop! They are a family owned/run business and treat you like a friend from the moment you walk in. We have gone to Mikar for years. Excellent service with high integrity and competitive prices. I take my vehicles there for both major repairs and ongoing maintenance. This week I took my truck to Mikar for several issues and it came back completely repaired at a great price.

Best Mechanics EVER!!! We have used them for years. A good mechanic is like having a good doctor you trust and Mike and his crew are just that. His prices are competitive if not better than the competition and his integrity is off the charts. Wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else. Even when we moved from the area to Ventura we made sure to plan our time to be able to bring our car to Mike.

The owner charged my dad $644 out- the-door for an alternator replacement. I thought it was a bit pricey so I asked him how long it took him. He became defensive agressive and rude probably because he just called out on overcharging my senior citizen dad. I figured maybe there was some major removals for this particular vehicle. I can change most in under 2 hours and I'm not a professional so I looked online to find the range for that vehicle. $212-$486 parts and labor, no tax uncluded. Of course he wanted to put in "top-of the-line" parts... and charge $100/hr shop rate, so he

Mikar is the best! It is refreshing to find an honest mechanic & that is what Mike is. I would recommend Mikar for anyone who needs a mechanic who will let you know what is going on, gets the job done quickly and doesn't try to gouge you for unnecessary repairs.

I would give them less then 1 star! I took my car there in which I paid them to change out the belt tensioner. Well the car belt continued to squeak they said it ruined the new belt. Well took it to a shop because I couldnt take it anymore and guess what it was never replaced. Stay away they charge and dont fix!
