NEI began in Bartlesville, OK. in 1984, and in 1988 opened the Tulsa office. Our staff is thoroughly trained and tested on the services and systems we provide.

Services
Skilled labor position, already familiar with the methods and techniques of landscape & irrigation construction. Works alone or with others, uses hand tools and occasionally operates small pieces of equipment. Ability to complete tasks with less supervision. Responsible for operating and maintaining smaller pieces of equipment, such as skid loaders, tractors, mini-excavators.
