David and his team were so professional and I was surprised when they kept explaining what and why the entire time fixing our sprinkler system. We added a pool this summer and they wrecked our backyard sprinklers. Dave came in with the best price plus fixed a few things not on the quote to make sure the system worked better than before. I will only use him and his team going forward.

Great experience with Dave and the crew. The process was explained well and all of our questions were answered. We paid a great price and exactly as quoted. Our installation took one day and the crew was super friendly and worked hard to make sure we were happy, and we appreciated that they worked so hard to clean up afterwards. We really like controlling our system from our phones, easy set up and it won’t water unless the yard/plants need it.

The service was great. I had a scheduled time and they were able to get there earlier. The techs knew what the problem was and fixed it immediately.. The price of the service was great, way less than I had anticipated. I will use Affordable Irrigation for all my sprinkler repairs.

I used them to install lighting and a new sprinkler system last fall. I was over charged and somehow overpaid and was told I would get a refund but I still have not received one. There was a leak issue with my water meter related to the install that took weeks to remedy and lots of follow up by me. It resulted in tearing up of my yard which I was told would be replaced by new sod, it wasn’t. My pipes were compromised and stopped water flow to my kitchen faucet so they replaced it but with something cheap that keeps breaking. I asked for a receipt so I could at least try and get it fixed or replaced

They text me suggested regular maintenance during winter, they charge $100 for less than 5 minutes, I pay them and no problem.
Spring time and I need to water the grass, they left the controller closed from last time and I have hard time to contact them, they promised next day, didn’t happen, I called the day after and Dave saying we are booked for the next week.
Excuse me! When you came for maintenance that you suggest and I see no benefit at all, you do that immediately, now I have to chase you to finish the job that you start.
I call again and he promised next day and saying that he is

Their quote absolutely beat the pants off the other three sprinkler companies I contacted. This made me a little nervous at first, because I know you get what you pay for. However, the installation went smoothly, system is working great, and the owner was responsive to a couple follow-up items I requested. All in all a good experience!

It’s a small operation, and because he was in the hospital, things ground to a halt. I understand. He and Chris made things right the very next day.
