I generally do not write reviews. When I hire someone to do a job I have a reasonable expectation to get a professional quality Job.
I solicited 3 quotes from companies whose names I am familiar with before hiring Living Waters to add a garden zone to my system. Quote from business #1 was very high, Business #2 failed to show up 3 times to give an estimate (that is a bad sign in what to expect so I disqualified them) and Living Waters showed up on time for our appointment and gave me reasonable quote.

This is the third time I have used Living Water. I would not go to anyone else. When you call them they actually answer the phone which is rare these days. They were able to schedule a service call the very next day. Very customer oriented. The pricing is extremely reasonable. The technician (Garret) was knowledgeable and very quick and thorough. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

We could not be happier with our first experience with Living Water. Jordan was friendly, professional, informative, and timely. He gave me a quick, but thorough, run down of our system (although it is old and came with the house) and even gave me a few DIY pointers if particular issues were to arise. There were no high pressure upsell tactics, just great service. Our experience went well above our expectations in a service call, and we appreciate Jordan going the extra mile. We will definitely be calling Living Water Irrigation again for our next repair and/or new install.

EVERYTHING was professionally handled from notifying us who would becoming to our home to service our sprinkler system— to the two men wrapping up the work that needed to be done. They explained what they were going to do — and welcomed our questions/comments during the time they were here.

We needed emergency help with our sprinkler system as new owners, and not only did they fit us in promptly but the technician was so polite and efficient. We booked a maintenance and system check for a few days later and the same tech came out, fixed everything quickly and explained all the repairs thoroughly. Great company, great technician and responsive dispatch. Highly recommend giving them a call

Have been using Living Water for several years when it comes to maintenance of our sprinkler system. Phenomenal service company - and highly recommended! Very knowledgeable and professional! They are always on time, have great communication and can go way beyond fixing and adjusting sprinkler heads, etc. We had several zone leaks, and they were able to quickly diagnose those and fix them this morning. Our tech Dylan, was fantastic.

Living Water technician Dylan came out to check out a problem I’m having with a leak in my irrigation system. After examining the areas of concern and checking my water meter, he gave me some very good advice as to my next step. He was very professional, straightforward, and helpful. Without a doubt, when I follow his advice to discover where the actual leak is, I will definitely call Living Water to do the repair. No runaround. Good solid information to help me get a solution to this mystery!

Living Water Irrigation came to my rescue! My back yard system was a mess. From my first phone call all the way to shaking the owners hand at the end was an amazing experience. All the employees and the owner were very professional, friendly, and positive energy. The culture at LWI is 5 star! The salesman who came out to give me a estimate was very honest about what the price could be to repair what I had compared to a new system. He shared all the pros and cons with each option.
