I absolute love this daycare. My kids have been here for almost 5 years now. Ms. Veronica is one of the best when comes down to helping the kids with they homework. She helps my kids understand their homework and love and treat them like her own. Ms. Lewis is pretty awesome herself always willing to help an very understand with me picking and dropping my kids off. My kids are never mistreated or hungry. The whole staff are very respectful and my kids respect them. Great location if you stay in Lancaster.

Responding to the owner response back to me:
See what I’m talking about??? All of your responses to my concerns was a cover up to make your daycare not seem so bad. Towards the end you just had to bring the ghetto out in you. Couldn’t hold it in huh? I understand.. just like I said very unprofessional daycare. I didn’t use their names because their names wasn’t giving to me so I used what was best for the moment. Owner to owner the web have several sites that your organization can take “FOR FREE” to work more on giving your Customers a “exceptional “ customer service experience

Great learning environment, family like atmosphere. My child has been attending this school since she was 6 months old and she is now 2 years old. My child can follow along when reading and actually tries to read to me. She knows her numbers from 1-10 in English and Spanish, she can recite all the alphabets by heart, and she can identify all the major colors. She is in the process of being potty trained both at home and with her teachers in the two year old class. This school may not have all the flash of some of the more expensive daycare, but for this parent its about "TRUST" and the ability

I went to register my child and to do a tour for the after school program. Ms. Lewis and Ms. Judy were very welcoming and answered all my questions. I took a tour of the after school center and loved what Ms. Judy and her staff does with the children. They helped my child with her homework and Ms. Judy even teaches the children how to crochet. My daughter came home with a beautiful scarf she made for me with guidance of Ms. Judy and gave it to me for Christmas. My daughter was so proud of that scraf!! I'm a little sad I had to withdraw my daughter because she reached the age limit of 13.. I highly

So when you first walk in you here shouting from other classes, it echos out into to hall way so you can here the teacher yell at the children. Then in the two year old room they are so overly capacitated that the kids will have to sleep in the room next door on the cold floor. To make matters worse my daughter told me while picking her that a teacher hit her I immediately back in and questioned everyone there I was advised "to not deenroll my children till furter investigation and I was just sent an email by the CEO if there are any problems please feel free to reach out to us as if this hasnt

My experience with this daycare has been nothing but short of amazing, the staff is wonderful and always pleasant, my daughter has learned so much at this center.. Ms. Sonia assisted me with potty training my daughter and trust me it was stressful for me but Ms. Sonia showed me ways to make potty training fun for my daughter and I appreciate her for that.. I am always greeted in the mornings when I come it.. The fact that they are 24 hours is a huge plus for my family considering I work crazy hours.. They always happily accommodate my work schedule.. I am currently expecting another child this

Just moved to the Lancaster area and was trying to enroll my daughter in school. Was looking for a daycare to help get her to school and pick her up after school and ran across this school. Thought is was very convenient with the hours of operation. All last week i called multiple times trying to get everything setup which was a pain dealing with the pretty lady with a not so welcoming attitude. I went to the facility twice and both times she was outside kicking it having a good time outside. I continued to go inside where no one was operating the front office. So i had to wait until she came back

This facility is terrible. The teachers are unlicensed and allow the children to bully and fight each other. They give the children food and take it back. There is a Chasity and a Nicole that work there and they talk to the children about everything and anything. They even call the parents stupid in front of the children. our children should feel safe when at daycare, unfortunately they don't. I will not recommend anyone to enroll your child or children into this daycare. I understand desperate times calls for desperate measures, but please reconsider sending them else.

This place is scary. I went in to see if there was any opening for infants and as soon as I walked in the door I heard a teacher yelling from the top of her lungs at a child. She was cursing at the child and asking him to open his mouth and speak. The woman in the office were rude and didn't even look up to acknowledge my presence. If you leave your child at this place that shows what type of parent you are. I walked out immediately. I wouldn't even give this place one star but I had to in order to leave this review. Thank you and Lord be with those children.
