Cant apparently give them negative stars but i would. The company phone is always busy takes a couple of hours to get through. Have been charged penalties several times because they refuse to hire enough people to answer the phone. I just hope i dont have an accident because they never answer. Shopping for better insurance. Pray you never need this company. Oh yeah and their customer service sucks. They only want money they dont give a damn about their customers.

Receive multiple spam texts from this insurance company, even after requesting I be removed. Absolutely unprofessional and will be reporting to California insurance commission.

I must say Rebecca is amazing! She is always so assertive and willing to help and answer all my questions even when I know they are silly sometimes :)

Just received unsolicited spam text message from their agent "Natalie" at (661)513-4984. I don't do business with spammers, neither should you.

My information was sold to them through a auto insurance comparison site I stupidly entered all my info into. Anyways they tell me my policy could be $79 rather than the $101 I had just signed up for the day prior (I'm 19 and have an accident on my record). So I decided to conclude the first month before switching, and then as we are processing my credit card and bank account info she tells me the first month is $195. Uh, that's not $79 a month lady, not sure what planet you're on. What a waste of time that was. Obvious to me that this is a company that is not open and honest with

I was with them for almost a year and I will not go back they did absolutely nothing to help me and have very poor customer service skills when you call and ask to speak to a manager they're all of a sudden a manager and they tell you they'll call back and never do. Thanks Frances and Chris for doing nothing for me.

They sold me a policy for 4 cars at $469 a month with Alliance Insurance ... later they the second bill they sent me a bill with a different company called Robert Moreno Insurance for $602 a month these are con artist do not buy from here save yourself I'm planning on suing asap 😡😡😡 I'm going to have your licence revoked

I had to get full coverage for my brand new truck I bought on a Sunday memorial weekend calling a around getting quotes was difficult because most offices were closed and prices were too high, until I came across Omni safe, called left a message shortly after I got a call back Cathy got me the lowest rate around faxed all the paperwork needed to the dealership and I was finally able to take my brand new baby home!! Omni is probably OK for individuals but, they don't walk the talk when it comes to their business partner relationships. They over promise and under deliver.

I got a new car last weekend, and was super stressed out about getting full coverage insurance at a reasonable rate. Especially since my driving record isn't the greatest. I originally called to cancel my plan, and jump onto my families Farmers insurance plan to get the multi-vehicle discount rate (Which was double the price!) but then an awesome ADAM picked up the phone and discussed different policies and rates with me.

I am very pleased to have had the amazing customer service i did today!
Maria was very helpful in providing me the information i needed to insure my vehicle.
Unfortunately when i called to seal the deal today, she wasn't in. BUT! Adam was there and he was just as helpful. He went off of everything Maria and i discussed and he was very pleasant on the phone. i felt as if i were speaking to friends i had never met! there was defiantly a very personable vibe and i dug it! I got the problem when I changed the insurance company through omnisafe , And the agent he forgot to cancel the previous decade, and remained pay by card for the two companies together,
When I wrote the problem in Facebook Ms. Director
responded to me she will fix the problem ,
After long days of waiting, they responded to me they are going to send me a gift card as compensation for the amount,
But when the agent knew that I wrote in fb, I wanted to take revenge on me,
And what happened because of an error in my credit card, the amount is not paid to the insurance

I love Lakreisha, she's the best and she helped me get a really good deal on my car.

Worked with my ORIGINAL broker Adam Hammodat, instead of other people within this company,and have to say he saved the day for me. I needed last minute Ins. and he was able to do it THAT DAY (TODAY!!!) and damage control with my help done with other employees, AND helped not incur any extra fees due to late payments.
