If it were possible to give 6 stars I would. I have to thank Susan and Donna for there attentiveness, and quick response to all my insurance matters. Literally they get any of my policy changes within minutes to an hour, happens every time. I can’t thank them enough, glad I’ve been doing business with them for over 5 years.

Sue at Hall, Mahar & Associates is wonderful. She's been my agent at Mercury since my first car, nearly 22 years ago. I've been in more accidents than I'd like to admit and she's always made the process as smooth as possible in a stressful situation. Her approach to business is old school, which I love. Earlier his year we had a very minor accident, the details of which were very upsetting to my husband and I.
