Will Fontenot is a results-oriented, client-focused attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Utah. His practice focuses on estate and trust drafting and litigation. Mr. Fontenot has over eleven years of experience strongly advocating for the client's desired outcome, including document preparation and courtroom advocacy that has required innumerable hearings and trials.
Stefanie Cabamongan is the paralegal for Fontenot Law and Utah Legacy Lawyers. She has prior experience as a paralegal over the personal injury department of Anvil Legal Group. As to her educational background, she graduated from Brigham Young University as an International Relations major with an emphasis in Political Economy and a minor in Statistics.
Our fees are reasonable, given our excellent skill, knowledge, and dedication. However, the amount of the hourly fee and the amount of the deposit vary depending on the type of case. When coming in for your Free Consultation or Case Evaluation, we will discuss a reasonable fee that you're comfortable with before you make a commitment.

I am so happy I shopped around and then chose Will Fontenot. He and Cobie Spevak did a truly excellent job handling my divorce. When dealing with a very combative opposing attorney, they calmly and forcefully used the power of the truth to disarm him in court. My ex-wife had to get rid of him and find another attorney - a woman because she was so impressed with the power of Cobie. Will Fontenot and his team (Cobie Spevak and Stefanie Cabamongan) run a very neat and tight ship. After my initial consultation with Will, I knew I found the firm to handle my divorce case. Cobie Spevak took over the majority of my case and was absolutely phenomenal. Her experience and knowledge were key. I’ve had Fontenot Law handle different matters for me, and have referred friends and relatives to his firm. The Fontenot Law Firm handled each matter effectively, with great skill, and was great to work with. I was always impressed with the entire team. The result in my divorce and custody modification case and the service that was provided by the Fontenot Law staff was excellent. Will and his team are amazing! They took such great care of me! They helped me get a much needed divorce, they were patient with me and my many questions, and most importantly he was honest and invested in my situation. William Fontenot helped me with my child custody case. He was a breath of fresh air. I had previously hired a different attorney and spent thousands of dollars already. Will is the most amazing attorney and is one of the rare attorneys that actually fights for what is right! He Helps the little guy go up against the big companies and wins! There is no other attorney to consider in Utah he is the only one that will be honest with you and fight for what is right! If you don't use Fontenot law it will be your boat mistake.
