I have referred friends and colleagues here who were ESL or had relatives who were. I work with many attorneys throughout Utah and I have found Kramer Law to be a great place for clients in auto accidents to get help. Ron himself is very empathetic and professional, he even came to my house to meet with me because I was too injured to go to his office.
He clarified that he assigns the cases to attorneys that work for him & they are working on better communicating to clients who their assigned attorney and staff are.
They are working on limiting making multiple requests for the same info, records, & docs they ask from clients; and cutting down how many employees contact clients.
the person that answers the phone sounds like they are just miserable and too good to be bothered w your needs.
