Joesph R. Baker Funeral Home was established in 1923. Mr. Baker started his business on Central Avenue in Middletown, Ohio and then moved to the Manchester Avenue location in 1927. He was well known for his love of baseball and his friendliness to everyone he met. His son, Joe Baker, joined his father in the business full time after serving in World War II.
