Located on Main St. in the heart of downtown, historic Germantown the funeral home includes a chapel, conference room, family lounge and gathering area. A merchandise showroom and embalming facilities are also on the premises. The funeral home has 2 public entrances. Parking on Main Street is usually available for entrance into the original entryway.

When it comes to your final arrangements, shouldn't you make the decisions? The arrangements you make will reflect your exact wishes and desires. The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps. The ceremony is performed by a funeral honors detail consisting of at least two members of the Armed Forces. The Funeral Honors rendered to you or your veteran will be determined by the status of the veteran.

Kari was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. She was patient and offered assistance and suggestions as needed. Having not gone through this process before, she was very reassuring and supportive of our feelings, needs, and desires for the appropriate services and products. The director is genuinely kind & thorough. When unforseen circumstances occurred during the planning she handled everything professionally. She even absorbed some of the cost when the insurance policy didn't pay out as much as it was suppose to. The funeral homes atmosphere was nice with a good sized viewing room. This is a family owned & operated funeral home & the service really represented that fact.

My family are very grateful and thankful for Arpp, Root, and Carter for all of their services in our unexpected time of need. Kari is very friendly, compassionate, empathetic, and will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They provided great care to my brother, I know he himself would have been more than satisfied! It was helpful to know we could call and text and have all of our questions and concerns heard and answered. They will most definitely receive future business with my family!!!
