At Brough Funeral Home, we take great pride in caring for our families, and will work tirelessly to provide you with a beautiful, lasting tribute to your loved one. In addition to the services we offer, you will receive an online memorial that you can share with family and friends. While honoring your loved one is our top priority, we also want to help you through this difficult time.
In 1811 John Brough and his family settled in Miamisburg, Ohio after moving here from Pennsylvania. They original established a cabinet shop, which also built an occasionally needed coffin. Their residence and business was located at the current location of Our Lady of Good Hope Church at Third St. and Central Ave.
A funeral service is a special time for family and friends to comfort one another, begin to find healing and celebrate a life well lived. Whether you choose burial or cremation, you can hold a funeral service to honor your loved one. We are happy to provide a traditional funeral or something completely unique.
Marty was a Mason member. He was a Veteran of WWII proudly serving in the U.S Navy. Marty was a talented artists and an excellent cook. Marty was preceded in death by his wife Emma P. Vitek and his daughter Vicki Reynolds.
Marty was survived by his son-in law Rick Reynolds of Miamisburg, granddaughters Heather (John) Reynolds, Emily Reynolds of Miamisburg, Grandson Martin (Lara) Reynolds of West Carrollton, Great granddaughter Araya Rodehaver of Miamisburg, brother Jerry (Joan) Vitek and many nieces and nephews.Burial will follow services at Miami Valley Memorial Gardens.

When my father passed unexpectedly my family didn’t know what to do. Thank god for the Caring professional brough funeral home who guided us through the whole process. Best service in the Dayton area. most affordable caskets and vaults. The same Service was going to cost $11,000 at the other funeral home in town. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

Cannot convey in words how Brough-Getts Funeral Home came to our family's aid, in an obvious time of need. We were on a VERY limited budget, yet they made every effort to accommodate all our needs. Suffice to say, SOME concessions had to be made on our part.
It is a month later, and I felt the need to leave a review IF you read all my reviews you will note my tendencies have been to leave only negative feedback. Exactly why I felt it important to share the heartfelt experience my entire family felt.

This funeral home was very professional. Treated us well and was very caring and understanding. They are the best on the prices. No one else could even compare. They have done MANY services for my family. And have done an absolute wonderful job on them all. I would recommend this funeral home to anyone.
