2014 MacBook Pro 15” Pro Retina Screen Replacement.
Life is difficult enough these days. How refreshing it is to experience Responsive and Extremely helpful customer service! Craig, and the team at the computer loft, listened to my conundrum regarding my attempts in the the replacement of a flawed 15” screen for my 2014 MacBook Pro. They guided me in a process addressing a manufacturing flaw, found and secured a discontinued part, for a discontinued replacement program, and replaced the flawed screen, with no cost to me, all in a 36 hour period, start to finish. Need I say more?! I THINK NOT

More than grateful for the attention and service received by the young man who attended at the Computer Loft, his name is Ryan, he was very attentive and kind in explaining what was happening to my computer and the best thing was that I did not have to leave it. from one day to the next I was worried about having to leave it for many days because I use it daily, Thanks to its good service in a few hours and the problem was solved. This place is fantastic - needed to get my MacBook Pro keyboard replaced due to repeating keystrokes (a common issue for the 2016-2019 MacBook Pros!). Took a few minutes for me to drop off, and they had it ready two days later for pickup when I was thinking it would take a whole week (and between Christmas and New Years to boot!). Speedy, professional, and a great job done. Will definitely be back for any future repair needs.

My MacBook Pro was blanking out much to my alarm and despair. I took it into Computer Loft. I got a free diagnosis (from Ryan? Doug?) and an explanation translated into simple English for a non-techie like myself. The repair was quick and efficient, the restored machine was delivered with a smile and my sanity restored. I showed up as they were closing and they were still willing to help me. They seemed very knowledgeable and although I did not get my laptop fixed there they were very helpful in suggesting I contact Apple directly since I was just out of the one year warranty.

After years of getting "geniuses" at the Apple store who were always very confident that they knew what was going on but we're never able to fix anything about my machine, the folks at the computer loft seem to know exactly what was going on and actually fixed my machine in exactly the amount of time they said they would and explained everything in a way I could understand. It might be free to go to the Apple store. I'm going to pay to go to the computer loft from now on so I can get stuff actually fixed.
