I have known Kay from Sunny Dry Cleaners since I was a small child. She used to teach me Korean when we’d bring in our clothing for dry cleaning. A few years ago, I went to her other location that is now closed and would bring her a couple of hundred dollars worth of dry cleaning a month. Then I noticed when Kay was at the register she started charging me extra. I called her out on her inconsistent pricing and she said, “You large woman. Clothes bigger. More money!” I was shocked and devastated. She had fat shamed me and charged me double what her son and workers would charge me. I have not

Sloppiest. most unreliable cleaner I have ever been to. 50% of the time there's something missing (i.e. buttons, straps) or done incorrectly with my order... and I have gotten other people's dry cleaning mixed in with mine twice. They call frantically to demand it back and when I was out of town, got angry at me. Terrible service all around, and the prices are no better than Crown Cleaners or elsewhere that has themselves put together.

I started going here a few years ago for the tailoring which has been very good. They have lost an expensive sweater recently with absolutely no worry or suggestion of compensation. They asked me for a photograph because even with my description they could not still locate it for weeks...I had to dig up an image on -line from the designer..still no luck..they have 'misplaced' things in the past that eventually show up a few months later. I would not recommend this cleaner to anyone unless you do not care about losing your clothes...the tailoring part is great.
