Honestly i use to give this shop a 5 rating on how quickly i was in and out and how good the service was. But i went to the shop recently 4/20/21 and i took a car in that needed tires so i got some there turns out that the guy balancing the wheels doesn’t do his job right i took it back because my car was shaking bad on the highway they redo the balance and it’s good now and then i took another two wheels to get tires and balance and the guy never even balanced them i took it to another shop closer to me to get them checked out and they had no weights on the wheel so basically he didn’t do

I usually buy my used tires from Best Tires but my last experience was not the usually good service. It took about 35 minutes to get my car on the lift. That's fine but it took almost an hour to put the tires on. When they do work for you now make sure that you inspect their work before you leave. I am missing the center cap for my rim and they didn't even put the valve stem caps back on. When I brought the car right back to them they were like oh well we can find it, maybe you lost it when you left.here

Unprofessional, I went in to look for rims and the girl at the desk was not helpful she told me to drive around the back and see if there was rims available the parking is odd and I was not able to turn due to so man damn cars in the parking lot. I then called the next day and she picks up the phone saying YES MAAM...and over heard them talking in the back ground about giving each other nick names. So I hung up, I am very professional when I do my job this is HORRIBLE.

Shop labor is priced very reasonably. Staff is nice and friendly. I came to this location because they were able to mount new tires that were purchased elsewhere.
I would recommend anyone check this location out. Located in a great spot just off a main road. Remember to go to the side of the building with your car first. Let the staff outside know what you need.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. They sell the lowest of low quality here. I purchased two rear tires from here and in less than a week the back right rear completely disintegrated and left me stranded in the middle of nowhere. I was able to get them to replace the tire but they left me with mismatched tires with different thread thickness so my steering wheel shook. Now, a little under 2 months later my back left tire is completely flat. This place is terrible, GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Every where I go It takes 10/15 minutes to change a tier on the other side here it took me more than an hour the guy came and took my tier and 45 minutes later never came back to update me on anything 15 minutes after that I called a gentleman and he started screaming at me saying not to talk to him the way im talking to him only because i was upset and the fact that it's been more than an hour and no tire still has been put on!!!!!

I've been coming here for 3-4 years as I put on a lot of miles and typically buy older vehicles. This last time I was unable to go myself so I sent my teenage son. At 16 years old they treated him with the same courtesy they did me. He got four tires an alignment and was on the road in 90 minutes. As soon as he got in the car he called me to say how great the place was and how did I ever find it. Great prices, great service, professional treatment and well trained staff. Many businesses should take lessons on how to do things right. Don't think my son will go anywhere else for tires again

This place was great. I was 2 hrs from home and had already put air in my tire twice in a 45 minute span. We were going to change it and put the spare on but could not get the lugnuts off. I called multiple places and was told they either could not help or would not help. I was literally told by one place they could not even loosen my lugnuts unless I bought a brand new tire from them. I finally called Best Tires of Raleigh and they said to come on up there. They would be closing in about 45 minutes at that point. We put more air in and drove over to them. They seem to do a crazy amount of business while you are standing there. They had way more people come in for tires than I have seen at the other places. Yes, they might mainly specialize in used tires, but they also sell plenty of new tires. Other than tires they do car maintenance for you too. So this is a place that you can come and get a set of tires, oil change, alignment, shocks and other work done all at the same place before
