The possibilities truly are remarkable. Are you eligible for membership? When your account is opened you will be asked for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. You will also be asked for a valid government issued photo identification, such as a driver's license, and your social security number.

Your share accounts are insured up to $500,000 and your retirement accounts are insured up to $500,000 at Cinfed Credit Union. This exceptional level of coverage is attained through a combination of federal insurance provided by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and private insurance by Excess Share Insurance Corporation (ESI).

Highlander Credit Union, staffed and managed by OHHS students, offers great opportunities to learn about managing money. Students can open an account with as little as $5.00 and can conduct business every Thursday during the lunch period in the cafeteria. When your account is opened you will be asked for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you.

Devastating what they did to us. I had to lean on them a little more cuz our chase account was unavailable due to hackers and I over drafted with my debit card with 10 different charges. I rectified it the next day with a cash deposit and they didn’t just charge me 30 dollars like I thought was the case. It was 30 dollars for each charge. They credited one charge back but after talking to April and the branch manager Denise there hands are tied I guess and there absolutely nothing they can do. They don’t need my 270 dollars to keep the lights on. But my family does and we are devastated. Zero

I only gave one star just to activate the Post!!! THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BANK IN CINCINNATI!!! IM TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO PULL THEIR MONEY OUT OF THERE. Who closes a loan with an attorney to later say "hey we 're sorry we can't loan you the money" Cinfed does. Dwayne Holt you should be ashamed of yourself.

BEWARE! If you apply to open an account here, NO LOAN, CC, NOTHING ELSE but a CASH DEPOSIT, they will do a HARD PULL on your credit report with ZERO warning, damaging your credit report & credit score. Take your business elsewhere, you've been warned! ZERO STARS!

Not a bad option for banking or loans. One thing to note is that they hard pull your credit history, even for something like a checking account which isn't exactly normal.

Never an answer at ANY branch so “This isn’t the norm” is false because it’s been the norm in my experience the last two years. And Reading Rd atm never works EVER please refrain from attempting to cover for the TWO good employees there. If there’s more I’ve NEVER seen them there’s always “a meeting”. I live next door and I’d rather drive elsewhere

I have been with Cinfed Credit Union for over 8 years and although the hold time have always been awful, (small price to pay for OUTSTANDING service) from the VERY START they have been NOTHING but good to me. Thank you for many years of great service! :) (The one on reading rd is great too)

I have been a member since 1984. For many years they had stellar customer service, but over the past few years it's taken a steep decline. Phone inquires require leaving a call back number, which may take up to an hour to receive a return call. This has been happening for years, ever since they 'updated' their phone system. As of now, lobbies are still closed for business due to 'Covid' and drive thru window hours were shortened. While it seems they do what they can to avoid dealing with customers, when I do interact with employees they are always kind and helpful.

I Love My CINFED Credit Union. No matter where I am and what branch I use I always get the highest quality of customer service that I know of and like to feel. Tried to get better car loan rate. Called my current credit union and after a week of no return calls, contacted Cinfed. Spoke to Eden and she was responsive, prompt and courteous. Immediately knew she got me and my needs. I am now a client of Eden and Cinfed.
Proof that bigger is not always better! Thank you Cinfed for an easy transition! Highly recommend! Bye Bye big credit union with your call center, and no follow up!
