Sharefax was founded by Ford Motor Company employees of Cincinnati, Ohio in 1960. Named in honor of the Sharonville Ford plant and the Fairfax (no longer in operation) Ford plant, Sharefax was born! As the years have passed, we have grown to serve over 32,000 members from twelve counties.

Services
Sharefax Credit Union offers personal accounts including checking, savings, investment and youth accounts. Sharefax Credit Union has provided links to Internet sites maintained by third parties. Sharefax does not operate or control in any respect any information, products or services on these third-party sites.
With Checking Plus, you'll enjoy no monthly fees, no minimum balance, and no minimum monthly debit transactions. There is a limit of three (3) checks with an overall total of six (6) electronic withdrawals per month. You'll earn dividends when the daily balance exceeds the minimum. Rate structure is tiered upon the daily balance - Dividends are paid and compounded monthly.
This option allows us to initiate an electronic transfer from your account at another financial institution. The funds will be pulled from the account you provide on the date you specify on the Authorization Agreement for ACH Origination. Your first ACH payment & changes made to your current ACH may take up to ten (10) days to establish.
The ability to use the Convenience ATM/Debit MasterCard at any PNC bank ATM fee free* or surcharge free at a JEANIE, MoneyStation, or PLUS logo ATM. Find an ATM near you!. We offer a variety of savings accounts paying highly competitive dividends (or interest rates). Each is designed to satisfy your specific financial need. Dividends are paid monthly on the daily balance in the account once you have accumulated $50 on deposit.
Dividends on the Champion Club are split rates, which means that the dollar amounts within each specific range each day will have dividends calculated separately at the dividend rate for that range and the calculated dividends for each range will be added together to calculate the total dividend paid each quarter.

I haven't ever had our account information stolen so many times in my life. At least twice a year we have to cancel bank cards because someone hacks into our account. We have gotten text messages asking if we authorized transactions and we reply "no" if we don't then they still push the transaction through. Then when I've tried to use our card to buy stuff online from Kohls it blocks it for fraud but someone can buy 200$ worth of stuff on play station and no one bats an eye. Seriously considering switching to another, more secure, bank.

Not a Sharefax Credit Union member but was walking by on my way home. It started to pour down rain as I was walking by. I ran inside and asked the teller if I could hang out. She said no problem. I was there 45 minutes and never looked at as if they wanted me to leave. Thank you. Wish I caught your name.

DO NOT BANK with Sharefax Credit Union! My 10 year old son made a transaction using my iPhone that autofills my bank cards information that’s in the system of my phone. When he gives me my phone I notice the transaction, I call Sharefax to cancel the transaction as well as reached out to the merchant (which is some China company) 5 times without receiving any response. My card was canceled I was issued a new card and 2-3 weeks later the funds were sent back which I was told it takes 3 weeks for the investigation to complete. Well 4 weeks later I notice the disputed amount was taken back out of

Issue was fixed and money was reimbursed. better hope it wont happen again.
original review: called Monday and Tuesday about my account. They said that they would look into the issue and contact me back. They switched my account without my permission and I then proceeded to have four overdrafts resulting in $116 in charges. I didnt sign up for courtesy pay and this isn't the first time. I would rather have my auto payments declined rather than get overdraft fees. Then contact the place and set up payment for Friday when I get paid. Now I have zero money and need to go to the grocery store but

I've been a member at Sharefax Credit Union for about 4 years. They provide services pretty much on par with any small credit union. The Evendale branch on Reading is my preferred branch as I've always found the tellers that work there to be friendly and helpful. I get the same services I'd get from a bank at a much lower cost and from a member based organization. I'm pretty happy overall.
I would add that I only give 4 stars instead of 5 because there are some things about Sharefax that are inconvenient. Most of these have more to do with their size and the fact that they have to rely on 3rd

I have banked here since my parents opened an account when I was a kid. I wanted to stay with Sharefax an adult and have regretted that choice since.
I am highly disappointed, I really wanted to like SCU.
Customer service is ridiculous. Expect an automated recording for everything and online banking is a migraine lurking around the corner.
I traveled last year and made the decision to call SCU to inform them of my direct route and new job in a different state. They were delightful and reassured me that I use my card the entire way. They made a note in my account that I would be traveling
