Our driver Ray was on time . Then he got the towing devIce under my car with quickness and accuracy and with no scratches to my bumper even though the strut was broken on my car . When we got to our destination Robertos's Muffler and Brakes, Ray even backed my car into a spot in back of the shop as it wasn't getting worked on till Monday . Then as if he wasn't the best already , after he lowered the car he used a separate jack to jack up the car so the bumper wouldn't get scratched . I guarantee other companies wouldn't care . This was such a quick and pleasant experience

I was quoted 85 minutes for a wait time, and the tow truck came at exactly that. He was very quick to get my car rigged up, was mindful while handling my vehicle, was friendly, and patient while I worked out some insurance issues.
There seemed to be some miscommunication between the insurance company and tow company about how much it was going to cost which added to the stress a bit, but I'm not sure that was their fault. Apparently the use of a dolly was not covered by my insurance but the tow was? I advise inquiring about this ahead of time.
In any regard, I would trust them with my vehicle

This tow company was sent to me by my insurance company on 1/22/19. The technician used a tool on my brand new vehicle and gouged the wood grain significantly by my shifter. I contacted Kico's and was told they would text me the email to send over pictures and was never contacted again. I found their email address on my own and emailed them explaining the incident and was once again never contacted. I would definitely not recommend this towing company, their technician cost me $583 in damages and the owner showed not one bit of concern.
