Just got my old mountain bike tuned up. They were courteous (Lance) on the phone when I called to inquire about the service, price, turnaround time etc. They even got the job done a day ahead. Also very pleased with the quality of the job performed. Bike shop across the street only services bikes purchased there so I was happy this place could help and exceed my expectations. I’ll def take my bike there in the future and would buy a new one from them when I decide to get one. Go see them!

Great Bike Shop! Always my first choice when purchasing mountain bikes and other miscellaneous gear. Lance and Doc (owners) are always outgoing, knowledgeable and friendly. I've been coming to this location for 12 years, they even know my voice over the phone. Great selection of products, clothing, tools & gear!

Improper assembly nearly killed me. Took my board in to have them instal new trucks, bearings and wheels they charged way to much. They put the trucks on backwards, it was extremely loose, the wheels where to tight causing it to be a wobbly death trap. These people don’t know what they’re doing. Very rude and aggressive, spoke to me like I was stupid. This was my first long boarding experience and was hoping to get some guidance and good work done from them. This is the last time I will be going in. Had other mishaps with them in the past with my road bike. Zero stars, They’ll scam you blind

The folk at Town and Country are great. Mariah and Lance both treated me very well. They are extremely knowledgeable about the business of bikes. I was totally lost with regards to my bike. I didn't know a lot!. Mirah was able to understand my confusion and she guided me towards exactly what I needed. Lance also understood what I wanted and very throughly explained to me what I had, what I needed, what was possible and how it could be done. They priced everything out for me and presented me with my opinions. In the end, they performed the work I needed and wanted, and they price ended up being

Spoke problem developed while I was out riding my bike, only about a mile from the shop. I called them to see if they could look at & hopefully be able to fix quickly. They agreed to to look at it right away & were able to fix while I waited only about 15 minutes. Made my 4 mile ride home safer & I appreciated their quick help.

Feel like I was taken advantage of during pandemic when everyone was buying bikes. The owner sold me a 2 year old bike trailer and now the latest version of that same trailer is selling for $200 cheaper than what I purchased it for. The guy wouldn't budge a penny. It was the last bike trailer I could find for sale in a 20 mile radius at the time; I checked every bike shop. I also had to come back to the shop for accessories that should have came with the trailer. Those accessories weren't provided at the time of purchase. Not sure why, but I had to find out that I was missing accessories on my
