My family and I are so thankful that we worked with Jangir at Patient Advocates of NY. He helped us navigate the hospital system and both short term and long term rehab facilities for my mom when she fell ill. I am very glad that I found Jangir Sultan who is, quite simply stated, excellent at what he does. Before contacting Jangir, my siblings and I had no idea what to do for our 94 year old Dad. There is so much about Elder care that is unknown.
Jangir got on the phone with Dad’s insurance company and found out what services Dad was entitled to, he got him physical therapy and found a dentist so Dad could finally get new dentures. Jangir also got Dad home health attendant services. We were trying to take care of everything by ourselves, but Jangir let us know that we needed to utilize the insurance and he walked us through the Medicaid application, which you need to access, because Medicare doesn’t
