Since 1975 A.J. Metal Manufacturing has provided manufacturing of custom metal stampings. We offer our clients quality cost-effective precision metal stamping services. Our expert tool and die professionals build and maintain complex metal stamping dies utilizing the latest in technology.
Our resources in technical expertise, market and product development enable us to offer processes that reduce cost, giving our customers a competitive advantage.Secondary operations include: Mig and Tig welding performed by certified welders, tapping, and assembly. Our air clutch punch presses and hydraulic presses range from 15 tons to 121 tons providing capabilities of high production and high speed metal stamping runs.

J. Metal Manufacturing performs a wide range of operations including end forming, piercing, flattening, flaring, notching, coining and welding either round or square tubing.
A.J. Metal Manufacturing offers professional in house tool and die development and build of your tools. We have built tools for OEMs, such as, Bombardier, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda, and Polaris. We develop and build progressive dies used to produce complete high quality parts with critical tolerances.
