How can I explain I call her maybe 15 minutes before 5:00 I got a phone call back in less than 5 minutes and I had sent her my records she came back with a positive attitude saying that she didn't need no money from me because what I was saying to her about my record was so far off she said that I can go get my license right now today and my mindset was I got to come out of my pocket all over $7,000 maybe but she didn't take advantage of me not knowing that she came and told me that I can go get my license but any other people might have would have said charge me and took my money and then told

I hired Kathy to take care of a mistaken identity issue with my drivers license. I live in Atlanta but the guy that has the same name lives in Durham NC. I asked her if she was able to help me out. Her response was ( I've been doing this for 20 something years. I CAN TAKE CARE OF THIS ) . I was like perfect. I signed the documents, paid her and sent her personal information. Waited about two weeks called her to check the status of my case. She said ( D.A looking into it). waited another two to three weeks called her. NO RESPONSE I left her a voicemail. long story short at this point she was dodging

Contacted Kathy Richardson over a year ago to work on an expungement case for me. I choose her because she was black and I felt that she would understand my situation. Unfortunately after I paid her the conversation literally stopped. You can never reach her. And the one time she actually answered a call she told me she would call me back. Never happened. Ive emailed and now im not getting a response. Idk any information about my case the filing or anything. She has never reached out to give me any type of update and I will never recommend her services to anyone. I am extremely disappointed in

I never leave reviews but this causes for me to leave one. I used Attorney Richardson for two different tickets, I want to give her the benefit of the doubt that she is busy with other cases, however my tickets got messed up and are not fully resolved, I am upset because I have left voicemails after voicemails to situate this situation and I have no heard from Attorney Richardson in months. I paid a lot of money for her to fix my speeding tickets. The ticket I paid for first was the most important to me, and that ticket has yet to be resolved. There is frustration involved because this is a pandemic

I identified Kathy Richardson thru FindLaw to address an unresolved traffic matter in NC.
