Mariner Village is a safe and affordable option for housing in Salinas. All of their staff were very attentive in addressing any issues and made my experience there even more enjoyable. I had the opportunity to work closely with Tammie on several occasions and she was extremely helpful as well as a pleasure to deal with!

Wow wow wow!!!!!! It's an AMAZING experience. It is incredible how they have helped me from the beginning until now they are still helping me. the manager Tammie Hurd is super attentive, listens carefully to your needs and helps you too much. I really had a lot of questions and concerns when trying to apply in these apartments, however Tammie helped us too much by working overtime without having to. I had very bad experiences in other places but I recommend% 100 to live here super quiet the area

The apartments here are very well kept! Theres always someone cleaning, gardening, or doing light construction. Everyone here seems to be very respectful and just kind of minds their own. No matter what time of the day it is, it always feels calm and quiet.
Staff is seriously awesome! Whenever we have had a problem they usually send someone that same day and within hours to fix it. They are super fast and the workers they send over do a great job and are very respectful.

I found Mariner Village last year. I only intended to stay for a year while I got life figured out but I just signed on for at least another year. The people who work here are the best, so friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any issues or requests. The grounds are maintained very well and although I haven't used it, the gym is really an added bonus. I highly recommend this group if you are looking for a great community

I have lived here for 14 years and love it here. One of the better places I have lived. Tami and Des are always professional, helpful, and friendly. Felipe and his guys are friendly and fast at getting to problems. If anything needs fixing it is taken care that same day. Can not think of one problem that I have had here that was not taken care of right away. I won't be moving any time soon!!!

Hi my name is Paul Sandoval, I have lived at Mariner Village Apts for over 10 years, I just wanted to tip off my hat to Tammie (Apartment Manager) & her staff that they are best! I love these guys! Tammie & her crew are very professional & friendly. They have listened to my needs, took very opportunity to fix and correct any concerns I may have had! I enjoyed living here! The apartments here are quite large even the one bedroom. The one bedroom apartment are quite spacious and you actually have room to move around your apartment with furniture in it. The walk-in closet is very spacious and has extra storage.
Maintenance is very fast about getting work orders done usually in the same day. Only one thing required extra time and they told me in advance of starting the work that extra time would be required. Maintenance is a very polite and courteous of your time. Emergency maintenance is very prompt about fixing problems you may have.
