The staff, the location, the amenities, and the neighbors have all been absolutely amazing. The epidemic among other things have always been taken care of and handled professionally by our amazing managerial staff. We were always informed, taken care of, and respected regardless of situations. Thank you for the experience of a lifetime and I couldn't think of a better place to live!

I am new to Monterey County. Life is Salinas is extremely different and costly. I moved here for an employment opportunity and then COVID changed everything. The Management staff have been understanding and have worked with me to maintain my home. Everyone is friendly, the grounds are well maintained and the fresh air is priceless.

False promises ( with the pool- could not use the pool since they were renovating for a year- and they said it will take one month). Secondly when we were moving out we were so stressed out about fees they charged us. We thought we will get our deposit back, but instead we ended up paying aprox. $500 additional. Terrible, terrible experience. They need to learn that customers generate money for them. I will not recommend that place to anyone and hope this review will help others. This place keep your deposit, even after receiving a breakdown of how much you are getting back. They play games and lie to your face specifically Mark who supposed to be the manager. They hung up on you and do not give you a concrete explanation of what happened with your money its been almost three months and no security deposit back. BE AWARE!!

When I decided to move in they said swimming pool and gym will be open from July of 2018 ...now is almost February of 2019 and still the gym and pool is not working. Besides i went to the office recently and the only response i got was "soon" , i asked how soon ? response " soon". These are not trustworthy people. I just like this community because it is dog friendly ( however you will stay pay $50 a month, which I never paid before - I already paid for my dog) so overall I'm not happy about this place for customer service.

I have been living here close to a year now and it has only gotten better since I arrived. I was apprehensive at first due to some issues I first encountered here.
One of the issues I had originally with the complex was the seemingly never-ending construction of the rec room/gym. I honestly gave up hope it would be completed. But the staff had always kept me appraised of the situation and announced the day it was ready to go.
For all the complaints about the gym not being available, it was surprising to see that such an impressive gym is barely being utilized. Only two times have I seen it occupied

I’ve only lived here for a couple of days now, but I enjoy living here so much already. The staff, including front the office and maintenance crew, have been the absolute best. They’ve been really on top of everything and so helpful. Even though I was hesitant to bother them, they are always happy to help and never made me feel like I was asking for too much help. So far, I give Cypress Creek five stars!
