I don't understand how a manager can run a complex without noticing new people coming in and out without having signed a lease.. Also if you would pay close attention your complex, you would notice that people are selling illicit drugs outside those gates. It's a shame that families have to put up with this kind of behavior... Families have the right to raise their children in a safe environment and not with these ridiculous punks.. . Do your job!!!

First off, This apartment, as well as the facilities at the community are the nicest ones I've ever seen or lived in.. Second, the neighborhood is quiet and clean with minimal noise, especially after quiet hours. Third, the staff is absolutely amazing and they care about your experience. Jill especially went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my apartment and floor before I signed. She was very kind and patient with me and made my experience great! I would recommend anyone to Marina Square Apartments.
