Easy to contact and communicate with. Customer service was impressive and professional. Pick up and delivery was a breeze. Had shoulder surgery and they were a life saver, one less thing to worry about how I was going to do something. Will use their services again and highly recommend giving them a try.

I have used this company for a few years now. The convenience of having them pick up and drop off your laundry in 24 hours is great. I only had them miss that time frame a couple of times. The reason for the terrible review is I have had items missing on 3 separate occasions that I know about. I have also received items of clothing that weren't mine. They will provide you the opportunity to file a claim, but it's a hassle and just not something I want to go through multiple times. If you are fine taking inventory on all of your clothes and willing to take the time to file the claim then

Used Press for the first time after seeing all the good reviews and was extremely disappointed. They picked up our clothes 6 hours later than scheduled, dropped them off 8 hours late, and overcharged us. When I asked for updates regarding pick up and delivery, they just said the route gets backed up…obviously this is a known issue, so why not adjust your delivery times? Use Laundry Gopher instead, they’re local and it was a MUCH better experience!

We are first time customers using the laundry service due to a broken washing machine. We were promised our clothes at 10a today, then it was pushed to 6p. It's now 8:15p and I literally can't get a hold of anyone to see what's going on. It's advertised as a 24hr service. We are going on vacation at 7a tomorrow, and they have all of the clothes we need. I'm appalled at the lack of support and customer service. Please do not use this company.

At the beginning of the pandemic, this service worked very well. They were prompt and picked up & delivered within their time window. Over time, the pick-up & delivery began to miss the time windows but not enough to be a problem. In the winter there was a time when the delivery of the laundry was 8 hours later than the delivery window. Prior to the delivery I was messaging through text message and the app (the only two ways offered to customers to get a hold of anyone). I didn't receive a response through either. My drop off window was from 8am to 10am and they dropped it off at 6:15pm! I used to do laundry service with another company and honestly never had issues. Both bags were dropped off in plastic bags, one of which was completely open! This is really appalling service and I am extremely disappointed. I'm not sure why I would pay so much for a service that A) did not accurately communicate ETAs and service issues with me B) dropped my laundry off in plastic bags, 10 hours after the time promised to me. What a waste of my day and money. I was housebound all day to ensure I was here to buzz them in

I used this service as suggested by my landlord as I wait for my new W/D. Pick up person was rude and dragged my clothes in the snow (as I assisted behind him). The following day, I received automated text that my laundry was going to be dropped off, it wasn't. The next morning I reached out four separate times asking when was it going to be dropped off (so I can be home). Of course, when I stepped out to work for an hour, that is when I get an automated text saying my laundry was dropped off. I was upset I got no notice, no call. When I got home an hour later, I saw my laundry sitting OUTSIDE

Press has been reliable on their scheduled pick up and deliveries. My clothes are neatly folded. I'm giving them 3 stars due to the person delivering my clean clothes. Lately it's a woman who has her small child bring my clothes to my 2nd floor door. Today the child whined and dragged my garment bag through dirt.

I was in town and needed some suits dry cleaned as quickly as possible! Press picked up my suits from the hotel and got it back to me in less then 48 hours. They guarantee drop off before 10am but I had a meeting at 9:30..after reaching out and letting them know.. they got my clothes to me at 9! Very impressed and will absolutely be using them again when I travel!

I would give this company less than one star if possible. I submitted for articles of clothing for cleaning, and when they returned to me, one of the items, a priceless trench coat belonging to my late grandmother, was absolutely ruined. So I am quite upset. This is my first time using Press, but I will definitely not return.

The entire experience was a waste of time and money. First, when they picked up my laundry I found several of my towels were dropped by the stairs of my apartment. When I reached out to customer service I got NO response. Second, they delivered less than half my order on the scheduled delivery date, and all they said was, "sorry for the inconvenience." Third, they delivered my laundry to the wrong apartment, so I had to go pick it up myself. Lastly, when they delivered my second half of my laundry they were HOURS late. Edited -- the positive review from the first two services did not carry through to the third time I used them. My clothes came back 2.5 hours after the slotted window (at 10:30pm) with zero communication other than one "we might be late" vmail. Four days later, I still haven't heard an explanation, apology, or info about how communication will be better in the future. Screw that -- this was supposed to make life easier, not more aggravating. Finding another service.

I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars because I'm satisfied with how Press handled the claim I submitted, though it took 27 days to get a response after submission.
I'm still concerned with the way my clothes were handled. I'm confused by the fact that the site states that their team reads clothing labels and knows how to handle delicate clothing.

We just moved here from California, I know hold your groans, and our movers haven't arrived yet with our washer/ dryer. With a toddler in tow, self service laundry is tough so when I saw a well placed ad I thought, why not? I asked for the first available pick up (which on Friday wasn't until Tuesday). But on the day they were MIA. Well apparently the driver was swamped and is only in my neighborhood two days a week. Asked that my shirts be dry cleaned, but they were laundered instead. They also tore a hole in one of the sleeves. They attempted to fix the problem, but ultimately half my shirts had to be thrown away and the rest now have a tint that I'd call 'vintage' to avoid getting mad...

I am still waiting for my wash and fold to come back. It was supposed to be here between 12-2 so I waited around because I don't feel comfortable leaving my bag of clothes out in this area since my car was recently broken into.
I finally contacted them at 2:30 and said I have stuff I had to do but would be back soon. They apologized and asked me at what time I'd prefer to have my clothes returned. I told them any time between 3:30-5 would be great. I was assured they'd be returned at 3:30.
It's now 5:30 and I still nothing. I understand these things happen but A) Let
