Our founders were raised in the family dry cleaning business. They grew up spending summer breaks helping out at the cleaners. One thing they always noticed was how inconvenient dry cleaning was for customers. From having to stop at the cleaners before or after a long day at work, working around the cleaner's hours, and having to go back 2 days later to pick up your stuff.
Garments are professionally dry cleaned with our eco-friendly process, hand finished and returned hanging. Don't be surprised if your clothes come back looking brand new! Yes - If you have both dry cleaning and wash and fold laundry then we request that you have them bagged separately! This will allow us to process each accurately based on your preference.
Use our home pickup and delivery service to schedule time around your schedule to get dry cleaning and/or laundry picked up and delivered. Simply schedule on our site or by using our iOS/Android app! During your pickup you'll receive a text from our runner when they're on the way! To get started, schedule your order here or via our iOS/Android app.
Dropping of at a Hamper kiosk is quick and simple. Follow the on-screen prompts to simply drop off and let us know when you'd like it returned! Whether it's how easy it is to drop off or it's our quality, we're here to offer a consistent experience each time. You can either sign up online before dropping off, or you can sign up at the kiosk during your 1st drop off.

The first and only time I used Hamper for my dry cleaning/laundry service they “lost” around 8 button down shirts which were never recovered. At the beginning they were responsive and I thought that at the very least they would work with me to resolve the issue, but now after months have passed it has been radio silence. I have not been able to get a response or update regarding my missing items. I will not be using Hamper again due to their poor customer service and handling of this issue.

Nijoel and team provided excellent service in correcting a dry cleaning mishap with one of my blazers. How a dry cleaning business handles damages and corrects the issues for a customer are factors that help them stand out from their competitors. Customer service and treatment of the issue was professional all the way through with Nijoel and the Hamper team. I had my doubts on if my blazer could be fixed, but they assured me they could correct their mishap. Hamper backed up their claims and was able to fully restore the blazer back to a pristine condition. Excellent job and thank you again, Nijoel

Hamper is everything you want from a laundry service: professional, competent, accommodating and timely. Even more, their customer service is unrivaled. Every time I have needed a rush order, they have made it happen - even when the weather was the worst it has ever been. Nijoel usually handles my delivery and has always been exceptional, both in his attitude and work ethic. The same can be said of Jacob, too. I used Hamper to clean 8 drapes that were damaged by water, dirt and grime. They informed me although I am not on their regular route, an exception was made for me. They picked up the drapes, dry cleaned them and brought them back in perfect condition. Whatever they use on drapes, it makes them smell wonderful. I am using them again today because I have 3 more drapes that have been damaged from the remodeling of my home. I have never used a dry cleaning service of this type before but, I am so glad I found Hamper. Thank you for doing a wonderful job!

What a great company!!! Not only is it a GENIUS business idea, especially during these times, but the customer service & quality of their work is phenomenal. I am not one to usually write reviews, but I absolutely LOVED my experience with Hamper this week. I was looking on Yelp for nearby alteration shops for me & my husband's jeans that both had a hole in them & stumbled upon Hamper. I clicked the 'request quote' button on their page & within literally minutes, the owner personally messaged me with helpful answers & price estimates for our clothing items.
