At Oaks Cleaners we specialize in the laundry dry cleaning of high-end clothing and fine linens. Our plant is specifically designed and staffed to fill the need for the type of care designer garments and delicate fabrics require. We specialize in removing stains, attention to detail, and hand finishing all the garments.
Professional wet cleaning is a solvent-free method to care for garments. Wet cleaning is a water-based, non-toxic, energy-efficient technology that uses computer-controlled washers and dryers, specially formulated biodegradable detergents, and specialized finishing equipment to process garments. Special pressing and tensioning equipment are utilized to prevent shrinkage and maintain garment shape.
At Oak Cleaners, our staff has been trained to read each and every garment care label before cleaning. A "spot clean only" label on a garment means that you can only clean the visible spot or stain by different techniques without subjecting it to any cleaning process. At Oaks Cleaners, our certified spotters have the experience needed to handle such challenges.

Oaks Cleaners acts high end until they destroy your shirts, then Rahim (owner) blames anything / anyone he can so he doesn't have to pay. Ruined 2 - 400$ + shirts, I had been a customer for 3-4 years. So, all cleaners ruin some clothes but atleast some like Twin oaks pay for their mistakes. BEWARE, will be all good until he destroys your stuff, and then you will be on your own. (and out the cost of your clothes)

I have used Oaks Cleaners regularly for more than 10 years and would highly recommend them. They consistently do a great job on my family’s garments, all their people are friendly, and they have always been professional. Whenever I’ve had a small issue or question about an item (a rare occurance) they have always treated me fairly and taken care of it. Their delivery service, which I’ve used for about 6 years in two different neighborhoods now, is also great and I’ve been really happy with it.

I feel like I got scammed, this place is way overpriced. This is the first time I use this place for dry cleaning and will not go back! For one dress they charged me almost $60 to get cleaned. They said it was considered an "evening gown" but I literally bought the dress for $40 and there were no stains on it. They also do not have prices anywhere so there is no way to know until after when you pick your clothes up. Do not go here unless you want to pay an arm and a leg!

This business deserves a 5 star rating.
Oaks is a family owned business. The owner and his family give exceptional personal service. During the pandemic I do not have as much dry cleaning so I give myself a treat and have Oaks launder my sheets. It is fabulous.
They have gotten stains out of some of favorite clothes that I thought were there forever!
I like that they are environmentally sensitive.

Used their service for the 1 st time and I must say that when they washed my comforter they must of not used any fabric softener or anything. IT SMELLED LIKE straight CURRY 🍛 SAUCE ! I TRIED CALLING THEM to make a complaint but the front desk manager name Asma gave me attitude and is very rude . She must have anger issues . WOWW 😲 NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

I've lived in several areas of Houston, during my time here. I've changed neighborhoods, jobs, offices and other things. With those moves, I've also tried different dry cleaners but keep coming back to Oaks. Now, they are the only cleaner I will use because they consistently do excellent work and will take on problems other cleaners won't.
Case in point: I spilled a bottle of red wine on a white bedspread but my "nearby" cleaners wouldn't even try to remove the stain. As a last resort, I went to Oaks. Not only did they agree to try, they made the bedspread

Best dry cleaners I have found in Houston and I have been through several. A bit pricer than some of the other choices around town but they are worth it for one main reason - NO MORE BROKEN BUTTONS. I am not sure why so many other dry cleaners have consistently returned my shirts with broken buttons or even worse given me someone else's clothing. I have only had one instance of a broken button while taking my laundry to Oaks and after I pointed it out they replaced the buttons and remedied the situation immediately. They are also pro's at removing stains and returning my white business

I don't understand why the ratings for this place are not higher! These guys are absolutely amazing. They are one of the few establishments that use non-abrasive and non-chemical cleaners so your garments are not stripped of their original integrity.
The man that cleans the garments is highly knowledgeable about all of the environmental friendly cleaners that they use and can actually break down what the chemicals do and if/how they will work on the clothing garment. This is very important to me being a biochemist.

WORST OVERPRICED CLEANERS EVER!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! $88 for 1 suit, 2 shirts, and 2 dresses! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!! They should tell you up front how much it's going to cost before you drop off your clothes here. I feel very taken advantage of!!! I'm going to make sure everyone I know knows that this place SUCKS!!!! Bad people, bad business!

This place is the best!!
The owners treat every customer like royalty. I use their services several times a week and have never been disappointed with the quality of their service ( and I'm VERY picky!)
They clean and repair my expensive couture clothing with a passionate professionalism which is refreshing in this day and age.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I stopped by oaks cleaners to drop off a jacket, shirt and a pair of jeans with a broken zipper. I'm new to town so just went to the one closest to my house. When I went to pick up the items I was charged $74 for 2 simple dry cleans and a zipper fix. When I argued the price they simply said that's what the price is and we dry cleaned your jeans (despite me not asking for this) for $24.99!!! Unbelievable... and it took 5 days.... Never again, I have learned my lesson.

I took some slacks in to be dry cleaned with a few drops of ice cream on them. They came back with a preprinted tag to read something to the effect "we worked and worked on this stain but it could not be removed" and charged me full price. I took a damp cloth removed it when I got home and pressed them since they didn't.
Another time I took a labcoat that only cost $38 and they charged $10 to launder. It is basically a long shirt. They will launder 4-5 shirts for the same price.
The owner contacted me to provide me with a credit towards a future service. I appreciate this

Totally robbery!
2 basic dresses with no embellishments, sequins, buttons, etc for $50! Very upset there was no information up front that my cleaning would cost almost 3 times as much versus another place around the corner. The job wasn't anything special and I was unimpressed. the front desk woman was also rude and snappy when I asked why it cost so much. Her reply being "We have been in business since 1967..". Like that's any excuse to be so ridiculously expensive!!
Save your money and go somewhere else!!
