STAY AWAY!! My daughter had painful, itchy skin rashes in several areas for over six months while on campus. She also has two painless, colorless lumps on her leg that are causing concern as they've been there for months with no apparent reason as to their appearance. I've visited the practice 4 times over the last few years amd my experience has gotten ideal. Staff and office and level of care has always been great. They now offer early or late times for working folks who are prompt...and i had no wait time issues...even in spite of covid protocols and adjustments all of us have had to deal with.

Went for a follow up appointment from a skin cancer check. Arrived 10 minutes early but waited 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. I inquired how much longer because everyone that came after me was already called. When they did call me it turned out that the follow up wasn’t for the procedure I had 3 months ago but for another spot. Had I known that 3 months ago I wouldn’t have made the appointment unless there was an issue. The visit once doctor came in (after another 10 minutes in the room) lasted less then 2 minutes. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly.

Sabrina the scheduler is very rude. My daughter has something she needs to get take care of that is very urgent. She would not allow me to talk to a nurse to try and fit her in any earlier. She told me the earliest appointment is December. Are you seriously kidding me 5 months out this is beyond ridiculous!!! What a joke for a business!! Don't go to this business go elsewhere they don't deserve it!!!

I had a very bad experience with my provider at Premier Dermatology. Besides waiting one and one-half hours for my appointment, the diagnosis that was made was wrong. I had to go see another dermatologist at a different office. The Dr. at Premier Dermatology refused to remove some moles I had, she said it would "hurt me." The Dr. at the second office removed my moles, it did not hurt. So my visit to Premier

This review is based on the Naperville and Crest Hill offices for cosmetic procedures only. I visit Dr. McClusky's office for skin concerns/check-ups and have nothing but great things to say about her.

The place is a joke I called the clinic to speak to a nurse for 2 days just trying to schedule my son for a follow up procedure. I left several voicemails to the nurse but no one have the decency to call me back. Each time I talked to some receptionist I had to explain the reason why I needed to talk to the nurse. Then straight to VM. Then I had the privileged to speak to some lady who's the scheduler for the Dr. who's absolutely rude. The only reason I'm giving this three stars and not less is because I do really like the doctor I see, she is very precise and professional and I do want to continue to come see her. My main issue is with the location and the waiting times. Today was my third apt in person over the last 2 months each of which I arrived 15 minute early and each time I was brought back 10-15 minutes after my apt time and then had to wait another 5-10 mins for the doctor to come in. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Bezanis. I am required to be seen every 4-6 months and in between if necessary. I began going to Dr. Bezanis because of a change in insurance. It is a 45-60 min drive and I was not happy about that. My insurance has since changed, but I continue to go to Dr. Bezanis because I really like him and the office staff. Dr. Bezanis is professional, pleasant, kind and knowledgeable. He discusses any concerns I may have and explains what he is doing. His staff is very pleasant and helpful as well. Anytime I need to be seen they do what they can to get me an appointment

I have no complaints about this office. The reception staff is always friendly. My baby daughter sees Dr. Vaghani and she is amazing with her. She is being treated around every 4 weeks for a Port Wine Stain on her face. Dr. Vaghani is sweet and knowledgeable. Her assistant is always great too. My daughter likes both of them.

My family has been coming here for years, and wanting a first time skin check-up along with some other questions answered, I booked an appointment. My family has always used Dr. Reddy, but Dr. Reddy could no longer accept new patients so by chance, I was scheduled to see Dr. Bezanis.
My first appointment with him went very well. I found him pretty thorough, friendly, even slightly funny - he gave me a full exam and answered all of my questions that I had at the time. His nurse assistant also came across as very good, and everything I told her of concern she did put into the notes.

Beautiful facility, nice stand alone building. That's where my compliments end. I saw the nurse practitioner because of course none of the doctors where available at the time I needed them. The nurse was in and out of the room so quickly it was ridiculous. She said she would call the prescription in to a pharmacist they use for special orders...but there was no follow up from there. This visit was a waste of my time and co-pay.

I came to the office to pick up a prescription. Beautiful building, beautiful office. However, as I approached the reception desk, I had a clipboard pushed at me and was told to sign in and have a seat. It would have been nice if the receptionist said hello or even made eye contact. Very rude.
The nurse that I spoke to about the cream I was picking up was friendly and took her time with me so the visit was not all terrible.

Thanks to Madeline Abrams and Liz, I had a great experience at Premier Dermatology. I had a whole typed page of concerns at the start and at the end I had a smile. They patiently handled each item with a treatment on the spot or a referral or recommendation that was easy to follow. I was very nervous and self-conscious going in but that changed quite quickly. Their level of professionalism is what made the difference. I will be back and you should consider going too. Stop living with skin conditions that erode your self esteem. Get an appointment for yourself.

I have been a patient here for years. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the good care I receive from Dr. Bezanis. Everything else about this practice is horrible. From the "I couldn't care less" reception staff to the poor follow through from nurses, there is nothing positive about the patient experience.
If you go expect a 45 min + wait, if you're lucky. And no matter how backed up the patients are, they always tell you he's "right on schedule" when you ask.

I'm a little surprised at all the bad reviews of this place!! A beautiful building with stunning views and grounds. The doctors and nurses are all completely professional and wonderful!!!
I did have to give them 4 stars because I will agree with most of the other reviewers-- their front staff can be a bit unfriendly and unwelcoming. But! I have loved everything else at this office!!

The front desk is rude. Nothing worse that them staring at their computer screen and not even looking at you when you are checking in. This is my third visit and I was hoping this had changed. It definitely has not.
They need to realize your front desk is the first impression of your business. This front desk is cold and never makes eye contact with you.
My appointment was at 8:30, I arrived at 8:20. Finally saw doctor about 9:10 or after. My time is important too.

The front office staff was cold and short, not very welcoming for a new patient.
Neither of the nurses or doctor introduced themselves when entering the room.
The doctor was in such a hurry didn't even bother answering questions, but rather pointed to his nurse and said she will answer for you. And then just left.
I understand we are all busy but the overall feeling was this place is very cold, staff doesn't seem happy to be there and felt unprofessional.

The most expensive dermatologist I have ever been to.
In addition to not extending any terms longer than 12 months, there is no discount should you be able to come up with the cash to pay their inflated fees. Nor do they take the Care Credit Card.
And these high fees are for services performed by PA's (physicians assistants), not even Physicians or Md's.
Look elsewhere.
