I've been going here since I was a kid and there haven't been any other places I've gone that compare to the customer service you get here. They are always really friendly and talkative and they remember who you are even if you stop going for a while. They always do a great job on my nails and they're very gentle.

My experience was okay but a little frustrating. I am getting ready for a graduation and wanted to treat myself. I asked for pink and white gel tips with an accent on my ring finger. My tech was courteous but I could tell she was getting frustrated with me as the service went on. She did not do the accent finger which I didn't catch until it was too late so I left it alone. She nicked me a few times but that's a typical risk. Given that the set cost $55 plus I gave a $20 tip, because they are in a service industry, I was disappointed. The best thing was that every single tech was masked

I have used this salon the past (pre-COVID) and so made a pedicure appointment over one week in advance. I arrived on time for my appointment to find total chaos. I was told to wash my hands, pick a color and sit down. They then proceeded to take walk-in appointments and I was left sitting. I inquired about my appointment to which I got no response in English. The nail tech turned her back to me. I left and will never recommend nor give my business again to them.

Very nice ladies however, I had an 11 o clock appointment. 1120 I got started. I'm sitting in the chair now and she's polishing. 26 minute pedicure, I'm paying $45 for the deluxe, I have never seen this quick of a job. This was the express! She barely did anything to my feet. 1152 and she's gone! I did NOT even get a clear coat! I usually tip $10. She's getting $5 and this review. I do not recommend going here. What I do recommend is that the owners of this salon slow down and give a better service, pay attention to your appointment times. This was not a pleasant pedicure.

They charged $50 for a powder dip manicure that turned out terrible. When I complained because there was paint on my skin surrounding the nails they said "that will come off later". Never put lotion on my nails despite paying for a manicure. Nails looked lumpy and sloppy. When I told them I shouldn't have to pay hey became hostile and rude.

NEVER going back! We made a reservation, they were confused, asked us to go and come back, then stopped us and sat us. The person who did my nails worked So fast and haphazardly that I have lumps, dull spots, smudges...it is just bad. Before I could say anything, she ran to do another customer. I was so upset, I felt it better to go, and have it fixed elsewhere. Shame on them for not caring!

Im new to the Forest Lake area when it comes to all the different nails shops located in this city, and I'm happy to say I've found a GREAT shop. This hidden gem is such a relaxing place! My nails were done by a tech named Jay, who did an AMAZING JOB!! I have major OCD so I know I can be a pain in the butt or annoying when it comes to how picky I am about my nails. Jay however did such a great job, that this was the first time ever I could just relax and let the nail tech do there thing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this nail salon and also ask for Jay!!!!

Having moved to FLake from Minneapolis last fall, I've been looking for a solid nail salon that delivers consistent service and does quality work. Having tried a couple in the area, I settled on PT Nails for a couple of months. Initially they seemed great, Nails looked good, staff was friendly. However my last two visits have been terrible. My visit last week revealed fungus on two nails. The tech said moisture got in, and that caused the fungus. She removed the layer of gel powder and put a new layer down. (She used the same tools on those nails for all my other nails, not sanitizing anything

We called to make an appt because Yelp reviews looked good.. We were rushed and given only a bare minimum attention and lousy service..others that came after us were seen first.. it might be homecoming weekend but as new customers we were treated rudely, a gel nail manicure my daughter-in/law got was finished in 10 mins.. no consideration on taking off rings before applying lotion.. the pedi was worse I have ever had..

My sister lives in Forest Lake and comes here often with her friend and I'm so glad I tagged along! Make an appointment, as they were really busy on the Tuesday night we went and the gal who did my nails, Sophie, said that was pretty normal. She did a great job and didn't use the filing machine on my real nails, which I really appreciated! She was nice to chat with and was quick too. I'd absolutely come back when I'm back for a visit!

Like any typical salon they offer a handful of services, something new they have is the magnetic nail polish which is pretty cool looking. Stopped in with a friend yesterday morning and got taken care of right away. I got a basic pedicure and my friend got a gel manicure with the polish that changes colors with temperature. Service was fast. The girl who did my feet did not want to talk, and then left halfway through to help someone else, then I had someone else come over and finish my pedicure. She did a fantastic job with massaging my feet and calves tho, probably the best part of all of it.

I have continually tried to return to this salon. They continue to cut corners on their pedicures especially if walk in come in they then hurry you out. $41.00 for a 'regular" pedicure with gel polish (burn with lamp 2xs) and the next day the heals of my feet felt like sandpaper because they SAW on your heals which is not they way to do heals. I hope they enjoyed the big tip I gave them cuz they won't get my money again.

I've been to this salon twice and so far not impressed. I spent 50 dollars on a full gel set along with a gel polish. I didn't mind paying the high price hoping that it'd be a nice manicure. Well not even two weeks after I got them done, I had 3 of my nails pop off! So I went back hoping that they would redeem themselves and fix the problem. Well the lady told me I needed to get a whole new set. So she popped off the rest of my nails and charged me another 50 dollars! This time I enjoyed my experience, the woman made conversation with me and even suggested a cute design that got
