Executive Director - Nichole joined the Regency Grand family in 2011 as our Business Office Manager. She had a background in the freight industry, but quickly found that senior care was her calling! She grew up having very close relationships to her grandparents and has always had a great love of history and the stories of older generations.
At Regency Grand, we provide assisted living with a worry-free environment where our residents can enjoy a full, enriching lifestyle. Along with personalized, quality care, we provide our residents and their families with peace of mind. Assisted living accommodations are best for those who can benefit from our support staff, but do not require the more comprehensive care offered at a skilled nursing center.
At Regency Grand, we understand that Alzheimer's and other types of memory loss diseases can be extremely challenging, not only to the individual who is facing the illness, but also to the entire family. Regency Grand was home to my Grandmother for 4-5 years. At home her quality of life was spiraling & her health was declining. She was depressed, not going further than the store & had many falls around the house. After a hospitalization the doctor thought it would be best for her to go into a convalescent hospital. Instead I reached out to Regency Grand and they went out of their way to accommodate us. From there she was able to heal & come back to her true self. My mother has been at Regency Grand memory care for 10 years. She goes by the name of Grandma and Regency Grand is her home. During her active years she has enjoyed daily walks in the gardens, weekly outings at local restaurants which I would sometimes see her group, visits to museums and local amusement events for seniors. Life at Regency Grand with all the amenities and group workshops can be compared to living at Hilton or Wyndham vacation resort. My mom is now under hospice care and the people and staff are great in seeing her needs. I am my grateful to the people and staff

My mother in law is a resident at Regency Grand in West Covina. They have made her to be a "shut-in" for the past 3 months with no end in sight. She pays $3600/mo for a studio apartment there. She is not aloud to leave or have visitors and they have closed the dinning room and all activities. She is getting week and lonely. She has expressed to me that she is ready to die. How long can they deprive her of her right to go in and out freely? This is not a convalescent home. This is an assisted living home. if she is not co-mingling with the other residence, why should she be deprived of visiting

My mom began at assisted living at Regency Grand and is now in memory care there. It is very comforting to have a place for mom where I know she is getting the best of care and she has adapted very well. The staff is very attentive and notifies me of any changes in mom’s health or behavior. If you are looking for a place for a lived one, call Regency Grand and ask for a tour. You will not regret it!

My mother-in-law has been here for over a year now. She is in the assisted living side. She is well cared for and the people that work here are very nice. They have an excellent chef because the food we've eaten has always been good. There are always nice events planned for the holidays. Overall we have been very happy with the Regency Grand.
