We understand senior care. We believe that our small comfortable care homes offer the best possible environment for many seniors. We can provide a level of attention and professional care that is a great alternative to in-home care or the larger facilities. Our outstanding staff has the opportunity to get fully invested in the lives of our residents.
We recruit staff that enjoy getting to know our residents. As a facility we are able to maintain a trained staff that collaborates in delivering quality care that our residents deserve.

Services
Adora Hills is a remarkable community for seniors in the foothills of Glendora. We are licensed by the California Department of Social Services to provide assisted living and memory care for our residents. Our mission is to deliver quality care in a warm and caring environment. Our team of dedicated staff is professional and knowledgeable and upholds our mission on a daily basis.
All of our residents require some level of assistance in staying active, bathing and hygiene, eating meals and taking medications. Our staff checks on residents throughout the day and engages them in activities and meals. Our residents often have cognitive impairments, including memory loss caused by Alzheimer's or dementia.
Our staff assists with what is known as Activities of Daily Living "ADLs." The basic or physical ADLs are those skills required to manage one's basic physical needs including personal hygiene or grooming, dressing, toileting, transferring or ambulating, and eating. The Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), which include more complex activities that are related to the ability to live independently in the community.
When a senior you love is diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia, creating a plan that meets their needs is important. The senior's physician works with memory care team members to create an individual care plan. Our team receive special ongoing training to learn the best practices for communicating with and supporting residents who have memory loss.

We toured for my mother and did not know what residential board and cares were until recently. We wanted the comfort of a home and not an institution for my mother who needs assistance getting through the day. Spoke to the administrator and he was helpful in explaining how this would be a great fit. House was clean, warm and bright and the rooms were bigger than the other homes we visited. I wish I had known about this option earlier in my search.
