Vanessa Ricchiazzi, LVN is an experienced healthcare professional with expertise and knowledge in clinical assessment, client management, RCFE/LTC, Medicare and hospice sales and marketing for Hospice for over 20 years. While working as a Licensed Administrator/ Wellness director for a reputable Assisted Living, she discovered her passion in caring for seniors and often found herself educating and discussing the beneficial services and choices of quality senior care options.
During her tenure with a national hospice provider, she was awarded a National Leadership Council Award and became a subject matter expert for hospice in Long Term Care and Assisted Living communities.Through her leadership style and influence she has gained respect as a professional end-of-life educator, mentor, and coach to her colleagues and healthcare community.

Our placement specialist will analyze your needs based on location, level of desired care, finances, and timing. After evaluating your needs we provide you some options of licensed communities that will fulfill your needs. Send us your information and we will perform a complimentary independent assessment to find out if you qualify for any special programs.
Nursing Consultations by our licensed nurses provide personalized assessments and care plans for seniors and their families. We offer solutions for both short and long-term in home care goals. With vast professional and personal experience in geriatric care, our nurses will meet you in person to discuss: education on the normal aging process, disease progression, dementia related issues, and end-of-life care.
Your donations will help qualified low income seniors to find reasonable senior living accommodations that meet a minimum Nice little Home standard. We are looking to create a source for seniors that need a subsidy to afford moving into an assisted living during their final stages of life.

Maggie and Vanessa took me under their wings as l had to search and decide on how to place my mom. They were very professional yet caring. They do the research for you in taking you to visit quality homes and facilities. They took the time to ask questions about my mother’s specific needs and tailored the search to best match it.
I would heartily recommend their services when you need to find the best place for your loved ones. Four thumbs up if l had an extra pair of hands for then!!!!

Wow, I am so blessed to have found NLH. I came here to take an 80 hour assisted living course (close to Metro, Starbucks, easy parking, less expensive than other schools). I learned stuff that I think EVERYONE should learn - about aging, death, the business of care, and how, more often than not, money drives medical care at all places (hospitals, skilled nursing, assisted living, etc). I even learned about Medicare, Medi-Cal, and several diff programs to help people pay for care. Paul and Vanessa are so so knowledgeable and have such huge hearts. I highly recommend Nice Little Home of their RCFE certification training program. Paul and Vanessa, awesome instructors and well prep classroom setting training.
Their guest speakers, Cynthia and Maggie has extensive experience in the assisted living industry and they shared a lot of information to the class.
I was fortunate enrolled the RCFE program and found out I passed the State exam first attempt today.
I truely give them two thumbs up.

I really recommend who wants to learn for your knowledge about how to run a boarding care and assistant living and pass the first time for RCFE, Nice Little Home is the best place you can chose. Vanessa and Paul are every passionate on their teaching and have depth knowledge on the subjects they are teaching. We all pass the test on the first time try.
