Rick's Auto Service is locally owned and managed by Rick Thomas. Rick started as a junior mechanic in 1977 when the building was first made into an auto repair service center. Rick began managing the center in 1988 and has been the owner since 1990. Excellent response time to get our vehicle in and professional service received from Greg! Did not tell me about a fee. Waited until I came to pick up my car because the labor was so high I changed my mind about getting the work done there. When asked why I wasn't told about the fee. Told me it was Ricks thing.

I had a major coolant leak on my 14’ Sport Explorer Ecoboost and thought it might be leaking from the water pump. Called Rick’s and they said bring it in the next day. Within a day they let me know I was right the water pump was leaking.
They put together a detailed quote that included changing the timing chain and seals while the engine was apart. The pricing was very reasonable and they had it out back together over the holidays with in a week. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly. They went so far as to show me the old parts and explain what they changed and why.

I had a great experience. I was told by two other places that to fix the oil leak in my F-250, truck, I would need to have the engine removed and replace the oil pan. This was going to cost several thousand dollars. Instead Ruck’s Auto found the leak was coming from the oil pressure valve. They replaced this for a few hundred dollars and all is well.

They were amazing! My catalytic converter was stolen from my Prius & they got it reinstalled & fixed perfectly as soon as they received the parts. Couldn’t have asked for better service, thank you so much for helping me! Feels so good to have my car back! Will continue going here for future service & now my oil changes which are cheaper than drive & shine if you have synthetic oil! Thanks again! 🙏🏼

First and foremost, as a female never have I went to a car shop and not been badgered to fix everything else that I did not come in for!!! They were so respectful. Took my car for a battery issue they ran diagnostics to make sure it was battery and replaced it. They were great! They gave me basic pricing before I even brought my car. They updated me with the issue and cost if I wanted to move forward with it. Very quick and efficient ! everybody I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable!! I’ll be back!!
