I was amazed by the level of service I received. My expectations were exceeded. Brought in my Subaru, they checked out my issue and could find nothing wrong. They didn't charge me a dime for the time/labor to examine the car and even went above and beyond and fixed a dent in the back bumper no charge. Whatever they did to the car, so far I haven't had my issue again! As a customer I felt cared for and not taken advantage of. Good, honest, down to earth people work here. Waaayyy more affordable than taking it to a dealership. This shop has earned my trust and I'll be bringing my car back.

This is hands down the most honest and professional shop I have ever dealt with and I'm in my 60s and have lived in numerous cities. Both my and my wife's vehicles have had an issue they diagnosed and informed me it could possibly be under warranty. They didn't charge anything and were correct. They told me they would be happy to do the work but check on my warranty. I would recommend them to everybody. Thanks Dave's for putting your customers first.

Once again, I'm happy with the quality and efficient service at Dave's. I am, however, disappointed that Fox News is blaring in the waiting room. Not everyone is interested in the misinformation and propaganda that spews from that network.

I decided to take my 2005 here based on Next Door reviews and I wasn't disappointed. They were professional, friendly, and got me in when I needed to. They diagnosed my car's problems and let me know the cost. I gave the go ahead to do the repairs and they were reasonable in pricing and the car is fine. I would have liked to know that they were keeping it overnight though. The way I found out is I got no call to pick it up by 5. I will happily bring my cars back here. Thank you!

While visiting South Bend my car broke down. Dave’s Garage provided terrific assistance from the beginning. They were quick to help diagnose the issue and went way beyond the call of duty with customer service. I’ve never been so impressed with an auto mechanic shop. I just wish they were in my home town of Indianapolis!
