John came out and assessed the repairs needed. He advised us that there was a small foundation crack that needed repaired. He also suggested adding a battery backup system, considering we have a finished basement. The service was excellent, done very efficiently and also very affordable. I contact Basement Floor Protector to replace my existing single sump pump with a new system including a backup pump and a battery backup. John was very professional when he came out to inspect my existing system, explained to me exactly what I needed, and got me the quote the very next day as promised. We scheduled the work based on my availability, and they showed up exactly when I requested.
