Second time i have worked with Jack and each time he resolved my issues quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. Today i called him because the control box was smoking and the pump shut down. He found/fixed a bad wire, replaced the box and we were back online in less than an hour. Great service from a true professional.

I talked to Jack two times so far. First time I asked for quote for well pressure tank and his price was lower than other people I asked but his explanations were most extensive by far. He didn't push to replace what I had, rather told me to wait and see and maybe get more years from my old tank.
Second time I called I had flood in the basement from stuck valve in my pressure tank. It was 8 pm. Jack answered, told me what might be the cause of my problem and gave me suggestions how to fix it. And I did ! So I never paid him anything yet and he already provided me great advices and spending time
