This morning I pulled out of my driveway only to hear horrible scraping under my car. I called Richard's autobody explaining the problem and he told me to bring it right in no questions asked. As soon as I arrived he pulled the car in and figured out the problem. I recently had Richard's Auto Body complete some body work on my Nissan Altima.

I recently had Richard’s Auto Body complete some body work on my Nissan Altima. They did a great job with the repairs and my car looks brand new again. The timeframe from the point of estimate to the point of completion was quick, professional, and smooth. The pricing was reasonable as well. I will definitely be recommending Richard’s Auto Body to friends and family in the south eastern Fall River/ Massachusetts area

Richard had to replace my rear door and bumper on my SUV. And match paint. It was done timely even with using insurance. He kept me up to date on parts, or conversations with insurance etc. He made it easy and painless. As he's the guy doing all the auto body work, paint work, paper work. And I was even pleasantly surprised to see my entire car was vaccumed and cleaned. Inside and out.
I Would definitely recommend/use Richards Auto Body for any future auto body work/paint. He's top knotch and I'm quite pleased with my results

I think what mostly stood out was his care and concern and how polite and respectable he was you don’t always get that with a mechanic especially at a shop you have never been to. I will definitely return again!

I've been going to Richards for over 20 years and will not go anywhere else! From my first visit over 20 years ago, to my last only a few weeks ago, Richard has always been a pleasure to work with. He has always shown patience and has taken the time to explain the repairs needed in great detail to me. When the job is complete Richard always gives me a recap of everything that had to be done in order to make my vehicle 100%. I am always more than impressed with his workmanship and have never found any remnant of the accident my vehicle was previously in. I believe it is Richards personal attention
