Staff at front desk and nurse were friendly and helpful. The doc was cool and caring as always. The new offices were nice too (haven’t been there in a couple of years)

I did the annual check up and some vaccines with a physician at Dr. Bailyn’s office. Doctors and nurses were very nice and highly professional, they listened and answered all questions I had. Waiting time was only 5 minutes. I got the lab results next day after my visit which was impressive! Doctor Katrina explained all my results on the portal and respond some questions I had rapidly. It was one of the best experience in NYC. I am very happy to find a physician I can rely on. I will come again!

I have been a patient of Katrina for a short time but in that short time I have been taken care of so well . She responds to my questions promptly she makes sure that I’m on top of my health. She is very caring knowledgeable kind prompt. She really cares about your well being. My results are quickly given to me and whatever else that I would need to be well. The whole staff is just very friendly and helpful. I’m so glad I found them thru zodoc. I truly appreciate everyone there and I honestly recommend their services. Thank you guys.❤️

I have been going to Dr. Bailyn for years now. Each visit I am greeted by a very friendly staff. Everyone from the front desk, nurses and Dr. Bailyn are easy to talk to. I do not recall a time where I had to wait more than 5 minutes past my scheduled exam. If anything I get called early. Dr. Bailyn is an excellent doctor and will take the time to talk to you and get to you know.

Ive never really like writing reviews but after my visit yesterday I have the need to write the review. I’ve been seeing this practice facility for years, normally I’d seen NP Daniele Sheehan and she was great and caring but she moved on to continue her school, so I finally got to meet Dr. Bailyn, and I must say that he’s so amazing, warmth and caring. And whenever I see him he made me feel comfortable and always took his time without feeling rushing which some doctors would do when they have another appointment. Dr Bailyn has an excellent reputation and deservedly so. Dr Bailyn takes the time to articulate all facets of your care and appointment in addition to being a compassionate physician and answering all of your questions in detail. All the staff at the practice are also very friendly and helpful.

I have been seeing Danielle Scharp NP at Dr. Bailyn’s office for four years. She is amazing! She is so caring and spends time at each appointment answering all my questions. She also reaches out in between my visits to check in. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a new primary care practice in Lower Manhattan.

Dr. Bailyn and his associates are fantastic. The front desk is friendly, thoughtful, and efficient. Dr. Bailyn himself is very professional and knowledgeable while also being practical and common sense. I highly recommend this office!

Doctor and his staff are occured to me as a professional and well organized team. The office is clean and spacious, not crowded with people. Front desk ladies are friendly and provides excellent service. Most importantly, doctor is knowledgeable and competent in his chosen practice. Well mannered.

I was not impressed on my initial (and last) visit here. The office is hard to contact, didn't return any calls, and there was no way to leave a message after my visit for results. In addition, Dr. Bailyn kept me waiting for over 30 minutes and then spent 5 minutes with me for a consultation and exam. I would not go back here again as there was a mix-up from Dr. Bailyn with my results. I will find another MD!!!

I went once and thought the doctor was fine. When my year-long prescription of birth control ran out, I scheduled my annual physical a couple weeks in advance. I received an appointment reminder and confirmation two days beforehand.

However, the staff waited until the last minute to check if I was eligible for a physical. (I had assumed I was.) As it turns out, I was not eligible, since not a year had passed since my last physical -- despite my year's worth of birth control prescription running out since then. They did not contact me until less than 24 hours before my appointment, and unfortunately

The receptionists are very rude.

There was an issue with my insurance and the receptionist had zero sympathy and told me to just "figure it out and make another appointment" without even making eye contact.
Even if there is nothing she could have done to help, the tiniest bit of compassion goes a long way-- especially within the healthcare industry when seeing patients who already don't feel well.

Additionally, the reception desk faces away from the entrance, which is counter-intuitive. If you walk up to the side of the desk closest to the entrance, the receptionists get annoyed

The Dr is nice enough, as is his PA who I've also seen but billing is an absolute nightmare and the rest of his staff is incredibly unhelpful. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the first visit with the billing, but it's an issue again and I should have learned my lesson before. I have been trying for over a month to get my test results. I've called 8-10 times. Still no results. But they sent a bill for money I didn't owe with no delay. Patient portal they insist you go to doesn't work. All of the effort required afterwards is way more trouble than it's

Love Dr. Bailyn! Super professional, great bedside manner, and always happy to answer my myriad of random health questions. He was really helpful with nutritional advice and blood testing when I was vegan- no judgement just information. His office is completely digitized, so no worrying about papers or records being misplaced. You can access your medical records online at any time in their system, and can make appointments online. Prescriptions are all digital too, they just send them right to the pharmacy. Its awesome.

The office is nice, there's rarely a wait, and they've got water

I have been going to Dr. Bailyn since 2014 when I first moved to NYC and was ill, finding him on ZocDoc. He was close to my apartment and had an appointment available. From that point on I named him my Primary Care Physician and have received fantastic care since.

He has great bedside manner and takes the time to talk through any questions you may have. I never leave feeling rushed nor having all my questions answered. He is also very accessible via the Patient Portal utilized by his practice.

I would recommend him for anyone looking for a PCP.

Terrific doctor and office. He also has a 5-star rating on Zoc Doc, fyi. What I appreciated:
- I was called in exactly on time, and left the office less than 45 min later (I was there for a physical)
- Both the nurse and Dr Bailyn are incredibly warm, witty, and interested. I could have hung out with either of them for another hour.

Completely outrageous, money-seeking, unethical practice. I was referred to Dr. Bailyn by my PCP because I thought I needed a travel vaccination for yellow fever. Before making an appointment and agreeing to pay $150 for this vaccine, I called the office to check whether it was necessary for where I am planning to travel. The receptionist asked me to hold for a moment and then told me that I would need to come in for a consultation to get that information. Unbelievable!

Rose and Dr Bailyn are a great team. They are both so friendly, attentive and truly invested in their patients' well being. Dr Bailyn is very efficient yet thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. Very easy to make an appt, and they always call to confirm- which is super nice for a forgetful person like me!

I go to this office, which is nice because there are late appointments during the week. Never have to miss work :)

Doctor is ok, but nothing special. Doctor is 3 out of 5. His staff is horrible. I came into for a blood test before the end of the year so my insurance will pay for the test because I meet my deductible, But they forgot to do the test. Ridiculous, then the office told me to come in again and they will do the test but I have to pay 100% of the bill because the insurance only pays for one checkup a year. Horrible, and no fault to my self, you took my blood the first time but forgot to do the blood test and they want to charge me again to do the blood test one more time. The staff is very incompetent

Dr. Baylin is friendly, personable and really knows his stuff! Best doctor I've had since my pediatrician!
