We have proudly served the residents of Jersey City, NJ and its surrounding communities since 2011. We are located on the beautiful waterfront of downtown Jersey City, NJ. Our office is in the Medical Office Building (MOB), a class "A" medical complex situated on the campus of Jersey City Medical Center - overlooking the New York Harbor and Statue of Liberty. The MOB is also home to the offices of various medical specialists, the Jersey City Imaging Center and the Cristie Kerr Women's Health Center.

Rolando "Bobby" Tangalin, RN, BC, BSN, MS has over 20 years of office and hospital nursing experience. He will guide you through the process of scheduling appointments and completing office forms. He is highly skilled in all aspects of clinical nursing and can answer most questions pertaining to blood tests, imaging studies and procedures performed at our office.

When I schedule a telemed appointment, I expect it to be telemed. Instead I had to call myself and ask for a link to meet virtually only to be told I’m a new patient and telemed isn’t offered the first appointment, I would have to come in for my first appointment. I made my appointment 2 days ago and had to find out myself, an hour before, that I would then have to drive in, attempt to find parking, and show up within the hour. No thanks. Fix your website so new patients don’t make the same mistake I did.

I've been a patient here for a few years and frustration is an understatement. It's nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone, making script refills and appointments extremely difficult. Recently I had to get blood work done for a surgery, which I gave Dr. Pappert's office over 2 weeks to send to the surgeon. Of course he never sent the reports over, so day before surgery I had to scramble around to find some other doctor out of network to do it. They never returned messages or emails. Dr Papper is a very nice doctor and Bob the nurse is great but its so difficult to get through with the reciptionist Jamie
She is very rude and nasty and dont try to help patients
It so sad that this doctor will loose patient because iof this reason
Its been 2 weeks since I had my blood work and I have to keep calling to get my results
The reciptionist Jamie told me I cant get a copy of my results but she can send it to another doctor thats crazy
I work in a doctors office aswell and I never heard that before, the patients have rights to their medical records and shouldnt have to wait for

It has been extremely frustrating working with this office. Trying to set up a simple physical has turned into an unnecessarily difficult ordeal. The staff never answers the phone, and after leaving voicemails multiple times over the course of two weeks, they have never called back. Extremely unprofessional, and would not recommend it.

Completely incompetent staff who also refuse to entertain that they'd be capable of a mistake. It's a blessing I won't have to deal with them after all.
I checked their website to confirm they accepted my insurance, then called them to confirm they accepted my carrier and my specific plan. Then my insurance company called them on three way conference to confirm they accepted my specific plan because they weren't showing up in their system. The staff gave them information to set me up with them.
A week later I get a call the morning of cancelling my appointment because they don't accept my insurance

HORRIBLE. They do not know how to schedule an appointment. I booked 2 separate appointments where the wait was over 2 hours. Someone who has a job cant schedule their day around the appointment. How can I trust a doctor who I will be seeing to give a surgery when they cannot get scheduling an appointment correctly. Very disappointed.

Dr. Pappert is knowledgeable, caring, and affable. I have never waited significantly beyond my scheduled appointment time. Appointments are made online, and I am usually able to get one same or next day. He's recently introduced an online records service--with patient access. Nurse Bobby is sweet, and takes your blood work right there and then. I think they even offer validated parking (I usually walk).
