Saw a review that compared signing up for this rv park as to signing up to purchase a house...TRUE STORY!!!!! We brought in all the correct paperwork and checked out the spot we would possibly have...signed all the paperwork with the final test of how much our dog weighed....and yes....we FLUNKED the test! OUR DOG IS FOUR POUNDS TOO FAT!!! (Please don't tell him..it embarrasses him!) We were already 20 min early for appointment and waited outside until door was unlocked. BTW... 10 year on rvs rule is questioable...we saw older stuff already in rv park as to where all of our stuff is 5yrs or newer

I tried to get a spot here for my rv, they wanted my rv registration and license plate. I just had registered it a week earlier and I had a temperary license plate on it, the dmv mails you the real plate. They wouldn't accept it. They couldn't care less that there was nowhere else in town I could go...

Visited this park over the weekend, thought it might work as a temporary spot for my classic RV, Class A gas fueled 30 ft Chevy Allegro for few months til I move over to Arizona. Was told by park manager RV has to be year 2010 or newer. Sounds like discrimination for those of us who maintain classic RVs. I'm not so sure the legality of this matter...Anyone else know? Please share.
#1 if you can't pay a monthly fee and utilities that one thing. Newer RVs made after 1990s are not made as well as older models

Unless you're planning for a long-term stay, keep driving. We've filled out less paperwork buying a house. A reservation is needed not only for the date of arrival but for the exact time. The office staff will keep you waiting outside in your RV until a designated time they allocate to speak with you. Then the young lady told us she didn't know she'd have to check in anyone that day. ? We had a reservation to arrive that day, and we arrived during office hours. Then after much negotiating to get other residents' cars cleared from our assigned site before we would sign

Do not stay here. It is a month to month only park, laundry rooms are filthy, machines full of dirt, staff is not friendly nor accommodating. Being month to month electricity is an additional fee, standard practices in most parks.Tell me, how can it cost $400 for one months electricity in a 36 ft rv? Spaces are gravel, not level and cramped, and I mean cramped. The staff keeps the grounds nice but that is the only nice thing. Many very old and worn out RV’s with permanent residents. No amenities except a pool that you have to reserve to use and only a couple reservations per day. Since options

If I could give negative reviews, I would! This park has to be the worst I have ever been to and we've been on RV vacations across the country. We have 3 young children and a puppy that have been harassed from the first hour we were there and set foot on the property. I should have walked away when I was talking to the office staff that was dumber than a doorknob with no customer service skills (legitimately would have had better conversation talking to a wall). After 4 days of constant harassment with no help from the park management, we decided our kids safety was more important and left

This place gives me mixed feelings they have raised the rent $25 every 90 days for the past 9 months. Feels like they are nickel and diming people here with no explanation as to why because nothing has changed on the property, in fact right before raising the lot rents they took away the included cable.Their WiFi is spotty at best no matter where you are in the park. They don't trim trees when its growing into or on top of your RV unless you call and ask them too, reason being is because you never see them around the property, side road street traffic is loud and busy. There front office

This place was "home" for 6 months (traveling for work). When we called for reservations they only had a couple pull-thru spots left for us to choose from. There are some sketchy long term residents in the park but overall it was decent. Lots of paperwork to fill out initially, but checking out was a breeze. Gates are closed after 5pm and all weekend. The pool was a good size. Loved how close it is to decent shopping centers and easy access to I-15. Good luck with the cable & WiFi, and getting an open spot in the laundry rooms. Bring extra quarters because the machines will steal

Called to make a reservation and recorded message stated no overnighters. Called and booked at another local park. When I checked in they had to leave so delayed taking payment. Next morning I mistakenly called Desert Willow to make payment and woman accused me of staying illegally. After I realized my mistake and explained she again accused me of staying at her park illegally. Lighten up!

Usually RV parks are not my jive, but we needed to take a break from the city while our oldest child was off from school.
I would definitely stay here again if necessary. It was $37 for the night (10/7/18) we stayed.
For the shape that the facilities are in - particularly the restrooms and the jacuzzi hot tub - I would normally rate this as 3 stars. But the staff here are cordial and efficient.
Reservations are suggested. Currently, the only way to do this is by phoning them. Old-fashioned, I know. And they don't allow you to choose your spot.
PROS
- full hook-ups
- fast checkin
- mostly

Staff was very friendly and efficient. I made our reservation online and got a confirmation email a day later. A week later we checked-in around 4pm and it was a breeze. The bathrooms could use a make-over but they are pretty clean considering how old they are. We didn't use the pool although it looked very inviting. The indoor jacuzzi looked a bit creepy but we gave it a shot and it was ok. The Library was great... lots of books and movies to choose from. We were a bit disappointed that they don't offer cable to short-term guests. The long term sites are booked, but if you need a spot

I never post negative reviews on Yelp, instead I either call or write to the owner or GM of the business, but my experience with this RV park was so bad other RV people need to know about it. For openers, the woman who took our reservation said if she was out to lunch when we got there, she would leave info and site number for us. We arrived, she's out to lunch. Said she would be back at a certain time. No information left for us. WE WAITED AN HOUR PAST THE TIME SHE SAID SHE WOULD BE BACK, in 95 degree heat. Three other rigs pulled in after us and they too, were getting pretty steamed

Wish I could give a negative star! Should have read all the reviews before I stayed. Needed a long term spot and after visiting the location and asking a few questions felt it was our best option. This facility is the most customer UNFRIENDLY place to stay. They use a TERRIBLE process for obtaining a full time site. Best example I can give... this is a first come first serve facility for long term monthly sites.. no list .. you can be renting there weekly for 6 weeks at a weekly rate (which of course works out to be almost twice as much as the monthly rate) find out by seeing someone

Made a reservation over two months ago at a monthly rate of $530 plus deposit. Was staying for one month and had our confirmation email. Got there and was told the price was over a grand$$$ for the month. Asked why and she said they put me in a pull thru. I said we did not need a pull thru and she directed me to a spot I could have. Well that spot had overgrown trees and would tear the roof off my 2018 38' 5th wheel. The spot might fit a 24-26' travel trailer. I asked about the empty spot next to it and she said someone had reserved the spot prior to my arrival. She said take the pull

If I could give them a negative star count I absolutely would. The park itself is well maintained and clean however the staff that run it I can't say the same. They have absolutely no empathy or consideration for anyone. They will not work with you or help you out in anyway possible. Don't bother asking for a monthly spot because they'll tell you it's first come, first serve but I'm rather confident that a lie. They shove you in a weekly and you'll pay twice the amount and every time you inquire about a monthly spot, they'll give you the same BS run around. The

I have stayed here with my father a few times. It isn't anything special and their customer service is less than desirable. The showers were dirty but the rest of the park was clean. However my dads best friend went to check in today and they were told that his 2000 Class A was too old even though it is a beautiful motorhome. They were rude and made my dads friend feel awful. They will make no exceptions so don't plan on staying here if you have an older coach or trailer, You are not good enough for them. By all the empty spaces one might think they should rethink their policy.

Desert Willow was certainly conveniently located and the sites offered easy access. The grounds were nicely cared for. However, the showers obviously hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile, and the only toilet in the men's room was broken and appeared to have been that way for some time. The trash dumpsters were also overflowing. This could be a really nice place, but the amenities need better care,

This RV park was a place our family used for a one night stay as we moved to our destination. The bathrooms met their need but I would rather use our very small RV shower then use the park's showers. Thankfully you do NOT have to pay to shower. The hot tub concerned me when I saw it was greenish. I only put my feet in for safety. The pool was nice and the kids loved it. The sights were almost level and were an easy hook up. I would use this place for a one night stop of but it doesn't fill my needs for a few nights. I am VERY picky about the bathrooms. The bathrooms were clean but the
