I absolutely love this place. The park is gated, so its very safe and secure. The property is managed professionally by Faye and Sherry so the bathrooms and park overall are very clean. Pool, jacuzzi, family room, library and more. There is a fitness park 50 yards from the rv park. Great for walking your dogs, playing with your kids and even play tennis. 2 dog parks 1.5 miles away. In addition, you are a couple of miles from hiking/off road trails, Santa Ana river trail, shopping, gambling, you name it. This place is a gem. If you are able to get a reservation, get it fast. The park is nice and clean, and staff is great, but the TV and WIFI are not good at all. I get one channel that is good, and that is KTLA Channel 5, the rest do not come in at all. The WIFI goes on and off constantly, and especially when I am in a zoom meeting with customers. Very aggravating. If you don't need WIFI or TV, then this will be good for you. The WIFI went out as I was trying to post this. Go Figure.. And they Charge $10 for WIFI

A bit of construction going on around, but nothing terribly disturbing. Bathrooms are clean and have good water pressure. Laundry service on site for a reasonable price. There is a pool, good WiFi, and mail service. The ladies that man the front office are sweet and helpful.
There are many spots with full-timers. It is relatively quiet here (aside from the construction). Everyone that I have met is nice and respectful.
It is a bit pricey for what you get, but there really isn't any local competition. Overall, it is a decent park and we have enjoyed our stay here. We would recommend to any fellow

This place is very clean and Full-Timer friendly. They currently have a lot of construction going on and the owner seems to be highly involved. Some amenities are not in working order such as the main bathrooms, but expected to be working by December. The two ladies that work the office are fabulous, and very helpful. Currently no security gate (expected to be back up in December), roads often are blocked by CalTrans doing work in front changing the road, cable has poor quality, and internet extremely slow due to the bandwidth. Location is fabulous, low crime area, 5 miles from downtown San Bernardino

While the room is decent, the Internet is horrible. If you are needing this feature to conduct daily business it may be advisable to bring some other means to maintain a positive connection. Another note to bear in mind would be to identify any foodstuff so the cleaning crew does not discard your non perishables.

We enjoyed our stay here, price was reasonable. Nice park, about to be a lot nicer once the improvements are completed. The improvement noise, construction inconvenience and the small site lengths with limited parking are the only reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5. New landscaping and utilities will improve the park. Very nice quiet park. Easy access to amenities and shopping. Pool deck, pool and hot tub in good repair, hot tub was very nice and deeper than most. Very clean bathrooms and laundry areas with new machines.

It is so quiet and peaceful here. I rented out their park model, so beautiful and clean. It came complete with everything, plates, utensils, toaster, there is cable and everything, I just feel relaxed here. The area is clean and the pool is beautiful. The recreation room is cozy and offers books and wifi and a quiet place to work or study.
